Holmes and Koroma starting. I've only got to Lockwood, do I turn round and go home 🤔 Holmes and Koroma playing for a start on Saturday? Maybe see if Sorba becomes the third super sub? If they win, it will only be a league cup game and has no bearing on the league, if they lose, they arent good enough to play in the league and we must sign a load(unnamed and not costed) players. Im off now to watch Town play in a proper game, not FIFA. UTT..WHOEVER wears the shirt or runs the club. |

I realise that lots of fans from lots of clubs don’t rate The League Cup but in the context of confidence I think it’s important Town win tonight and also it’d be good to progress to the next round !
I think we will but it may take extra time even penalties to do this - not ideal preparation for Stoke City on Saturday and not what I’d want as I’d rather win in 90’ mins but it’s what I think might happen...
Prediction - Huddersfield Town 2 v Preston North End 1 (After extra time) !

The youngsters will either look like they are ready to step up or it will show DH that relying on them to fill the holes left by this summer’s departures is folly.
