While I can excuse lack of quality, it’s really hard to excuse the lack of desire not wanting to win the ball back or put a tackle in around the edge of the area. It’s like the Red Sea fucking parting most of the time, frustratingly shit. Hearts the size of peas some of them.

Pleasantly surprised to see us get a point. Watched online until they got one back and expected us to lose from there. We are still lacking the core of a team. Russell is pants and there seems to be no suggestion of strengthening midfield.

That was a pathetic effort imo, just hoof upfield and give the ball away, time, and time again...Is this what we are now..scratting for a point and 2nd bottom, already fighting a relegation battle ?
I'll take a point from that, but we have to find a way of playing further up the pitch, keeping the ball longer...finding our men...creating chances..

Didn't see it as im on oliday, ill take a point with that line up and defence. As someone else said, what was Bromby thinking with the defensive recruitment this summer? We've got the sum total of one defender from a side that finished 3rd. I know 1 is injured and 1 suspended but fuck me, it makes a mockery of letting sarr go, who I didnt overrate in a back 3 but is actually a championship defender.
Town have let Colwil, Sarr, pipa and toffs go and replaced them with Boyle,Nakayamu (the Japanese lad who i like the look of) and a returning REG. Surely town are a defender down. Definate transition season and a good result today all that considered, along with seemingly not knowing our best team yet 5 games in.
