Has anyone mentioned the red button yet? ;-) Not on the red button. Think this and Norwich a couple of weeks ago have been classed as basically being extra midweek rounds, and Sky only show games from 8 midweek rounds (think that's what the contract stipulates). The reckoning seems to be that all the other games from scheduled midweek rounds (ie not rearranged from a weekend later in the season) will be on the red button, as well as the games on 29th December and Easter Monday/Tuesday, but guess we'll find that out closer to the time |

All I hope is we look like we have a plan and the players work an awful lot harder.
I hope we manage to pass to each other.
I hope when we go forward we manage to keep the ball.

hopefully Russell and hogg in the centre so it gives rudnoi that freedom to do what he wants but hogg will be at the back with Lees and yuta

5-4-1 according to Radio Leeds. Sorba RWB and Rudoni LW. No fucking way are we dropping KKH and REG to play Ruffells at LCB. More likely Hogg drops deep and Ruffels goes LWB if indeed 5 at the back is the plan. I expect we set up with the notion of a 4-3-3 becoming a fluid 5-4-1 (or vice versa) if we need to. |

Can't work this one out either in terms of team selection. We are away from home so I cannot see us playing more than Rhodes on his own up front with Tino acting somewhere (  ) in between. Let's hope he can last longer than one hour or we could be well beaten. To me five at the back would be most sensible and now that Lees is back it should shore up that area although it is midfield where the problems really lie. Russell's inclusion is a complete mystery to me. He does not look fit or interested. If this was Carlos' team then I would have let it stand thinking he knew what he was doing. Not so sure at all now though with Scoffer. If we lose we run the risk of becoming anchored at the bottom of the division and in danger of being isolated and thought of as the whipping boys. I watched Look North tonight and saw Sheff Utd soundly thrash Reading 4-0. Someone close to home did that exactly one year ago but I cannot think who. The difference between Sheff Utd and Town is stark yet they have a very similar contempory record as us. Why are they so much better off? |

They also bought decent players when they were in the Prem, ones that actually held value when they got relegated. So they’ve bought well and built a good team. |
