Interesting to see the impact of losing Bowler for them. Could be a cricket score

Blackpool are a weird team and capable of getting results, came from 3-1 down at Burnley to draw 3-3, won at QPR. i certainly wont write them off, even without Bowler.

A win would take off a lot of pressure from DS shoulders but I just can't see it I like Blackpool, along with Rotherham, two northern clubs punching above their weight. Me too, though I would suspect, with their history, fans of Blackpool would be a bit nonplussed at being compared to Rotherham.

They seem to be a good team that get on the front foot and press. Not sure who they've got to replace Bowler but they looked pretty threatening going forward in the few minutes i saw them against QPR the other night.
Camara needs to be in for Russell.

Looking forward to this one now.
Possibly 2 debut’s and hopefully, a cracking win.
Hope Tino is up for it.

I think a lot of people's hopes will have been raised by the new signings, hopefully, we can score first & get that much needed win.

First Town home game for me this season. Are there still roadworks on Leeds Road coming from the Leeds direction?

Its looks like there are going to be roadworks on Leeds Road forever. There is plenty of equipment around but the 2 people who are doing the work are going to be around for ages. I wouldnt go anywhere near eeds Road at any time at the moment.

You'll be ok, we always go that way and traffic has been moving freely, its only when you get nearer the ground heading towards town that its a mess, having said that we park before well before the peacock down that lane where the bus depot is.

Anyone know why we are playing on Sunday since the Giants played tonight anyway? Saw the game was moved for the giants, but surely we could’ve still played tomorrow?

Easiest route from Birstall is into Mirfield, Upper Hopton, Kirkheaton and then down into town via Dalton and Moldgreen.

Given where we are I think this is a must win game. We need to show more coherence, shape and plan. It's a run of a few games that can either give us a foothold, something to build on, or, probably prompt a change at coach (which would be a bit unfair).
Living over on the Fylde this and PNE are "big" games personally so I always want us to win.

I thought this game was switched to Sunday so Giants could play today not yesterday evening.
'In order for the Giants to play in line with the rest of their competition at the end of their regular season, our fixture will now be played on Sunday 4 '
If so why are 4 games on today and only 2 yesterday evening?

Don’t think Yuta will/can be LWB and Ruffells needs a break. Camara for Russell possibly. But get the new guys in and start playing people in the natural positions.
Nicholls Hayden. Helik. Mbete. Yuta Russell. Hogg Rudoni Thomas Anjorin Ward
Bilo. Turton. Boyle. Ruffels. Holmes. Jones. Mahoney. Camara. Rhodes. .

I will bet anyone a pound to a penny that Russel is in the team on Sunday. There is definitely some kind of agenda at Town with certain players. If it is not true that Hoyle and Bromby are picking the team it certainly looks that way. I know it sounds daft now to look at his form but Russel may have been interesting other clubs at the end of the season and Hoyle wants to cash in. He can't if Russel is not in the team. If this type of thing is going on as Hoyle looks to asset strip and get his money then it shows how clueless he is on football. The most efficient way to increase value of players would have been to back Carlos to the hilt and watch Town kick on from last year's heady heights. Then the entire squad would have become more attractive to other teams willing to pay money for them. I take it you also believe in this. 🤪 en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemtrail_conspiracy_theory
