PS To clarify re Yuta, he's a player no-doubt. However he showed no inclination whatsoever to really fulfil the role of a LWB against Blackpool.
Some said that was because he'd never played there in his life & others that he was simply a fish out of water.
To try & play him again in that role again is brave IMHO and TBH we need someone carrying out a proper LWB role if we're playing five at the back at home to Wigan.
....but TBH if DS can't organise us to beat Wigan with those players I suspect we may be parting company soon.....

Calf injury v Blackpool, although DS did say yesterday that apart from Pearson the squad is fully fit (he’s done that earlier this season too). |

Looks like the team you'd play away from home in a relegation battle. A team for a coach under pressure, not one who wants to make a statement on the type of football he wants to play. I hope it works to start digging us out of this hole. Sometimes a bit of pragmatism goes a long way. It got Carlos to the playoff final without us playing the way he wants to play at all. Dunno if there's any prgamatism involved in this selection or if it's just fear |

This team looks like the sensible approach considering how many chances we have been conceding recently......all 5 defenders are capable off the ball so if Turton and Nakayama can perform well when we are in possession then I'm hopeful Lees ? |

It's a while since I've watched a game on the red button. Is it on yet? If so, which channel should I be on? Virgin Tivo box. Thought it would be 503 but there's nothing there. Nothing on 501 either. Am I missing something?
