Interesting that the resolution of adoption of updated articles for Hudds Town, has only a signatory of Dean Hoyle, who has power of attorney over Pure Sports Consultancy (the owning entity of Hudds Town), which was granted to him on the 30th of May - the day after the play-off final.
Phil Hodgkinson did step away 100% at that final whistle.

This statement of ownership on the club website remains a fact, what is there to be ratified by the league? > "The Club is a member of the English Football League (EFL) and is subject to the EFL’s rules and regulations. As required by those regulations, the Club can confirm the following person(s) have a ‘significant interest’ (as that term is defined within the EFL regulations) in the Club:
Pure Sports Consultancy Limited: 75% owner Dean Hoyle: 25% owner"

Just had a read through of the articles of association. There's now a very lengthy section on forcible transfer of shares for which one of the triggers is administration or bankruptcy of the shareholder. It removes all that persons voting rights and details how the sale of their shares can be forced using an independent valuation of their shares.
So in a nutshell it looks like it paves the way for Dean to get Phils shares without necessarily needing Phils agreement.

Yes - this section was (sensibly) included prior to selling the club to Phil in 2019. As far as I can see, the only update in this latest iteration is the addition of some generic language around EFL / FA regulations and Share trusts (13.5 & 13.6)
