your ITK cred just shot right up in my estimation, don't let it go to your head though! My previous itk shocker was when Coady signed for us. I had been in a queue to get cash out and he was there with a bloke in a suit. Just said hello, you coming to Town, he said 'yes'. I said 'welcome' he said 'cheers, be great to be playing first team regularly'. So please dont count on my ITK, its purely circumstantial again today..😉 There's me thinking it was you sat in your bunker with all your spying machines whirring away, a bit like the Dad in his RV in Meet the Fockers... Don't suppose you resemble Robert De Niro? |

I hope there's no ill will for the bloke on a personal level, as poor a Manager as he was. Don't rush it now Town - our predicament is pretty dire, but no point exacerbating it by rushing the next appointment. I wonder if there's been any sort of outside influence with this decision as well? Potential new owners sticking their oar in?Hope so ! |

Surely Bromby has zero say in this appointment Bromby just been on Radio Leeds saying he’s learnt from previous mistakes and we should judge him on his next appointment. How many mistakes does he get the pleasure of having on our account ?

Kenny Miller will be a big miss Seems like Fozz knew he'd be found out soon, so got his mate in on a decent contract with termination clause, perhaps neither of them will need to work for the next year or two. Pure speculation on my part.

as I said earlier lust because Maynard blue said we coudnt afford to sack him I said thatis not to say they woudnt I was right but I’m sure I’m not alone in saying why is bromby still there he shoudnt be utt I’d imagine he’ll be following him No need to get rid of Maynard at all. |

I said earlier in this thread that I disliked him…. But now he has gone i think it’s fair to acknowledge that he probably cared, tried and whilst he was so far off the mark it can’t have been intentional(all against a backdrop of absolute CARNAGE) …. I wish him all the Best in his future endeavours but I can’t see him managing in England again. He is Town's second shortest serving manager, so you might think so. However, the shortest serving manager was leading Doncaster Rovers just a month after he was sacked, so you never know. Unbelievable achievement to have both the shortest serving managers in succession in the same season (and still be in with a shout of staying up!) |

An agenda regarding what MF earns? I haven't commented whether it's good or bad just stating what he's paid. People can make their own assessments on whether that pay (and severance) is justified. We need a short term manager who can lead this group of previously reasonable players to get the club to safety. Give him a bonus if we do.
Then from mid May things can happen. New owner. New long term manager. New DOF. Sort the mismatch of players.
Surely they have already approached someone and this won't drag on.

Just a memo to all..
Fotheringham didnt want to fail. Given he was always going to be first out, his neck was on the line more than anyone else. He didnt steal the job or lie to get it, we gave it to him and the wages. We then brought in the players that he has clearly failed to either coach or inspire enough and its true he didnt make our professional players often make schoolboy errors.
So he has gone and those at the club and our players need to prove they do have it in them to sort it out and then play like they mean it.
We have been in worse situations, plenty of us have seen worse football and less hope before but this division is in my opinion the best one to be in and for us to be in, so thats the only goal at this moment.

Any person employed by the club should not be disclosing any negative personal thoughts on the matter and should be fined if they do. They should show a bit of decency and self reflection as it’s their shit show on the pitch. |
