Ward - TBC Vaclik - TBC Nakayama - OUT ALL SEASON Turton - OUT ALL SEASON Nichols - OUT ALL SEASON Any updates on above TBC or other players I’ve missed?…. Vaclik is supposed to be back this week, probably for the Birmingham game. I think they took him off as a precaution, especially as we were about to make our 2nd 'substitution event'. If we'd left him on, then we could have been left with a decision of not making our 3rd 'substitution event' incase Vaclik had to come off. |

I’ll be interested to see how quickly some of the players with muscle strains recover now Fotheringham has gone and there’s a new more worldly wise manager in charge

Vaclik can hardly walk. Would it wise to bring him back in over a keeper who's able to walk/dive to his right?

Hopefully Helik back soon as a back three of Helik , Lees and Pearson gives me some confidence we’ll keep clean sheets.
Hungbo and Knockaert have been good additions and when Warnock starts Rhodes each week we might get some goals

This was from pre-match on Wednesday: Lee Nicholls (shoulder); Ollie Turton (knee), Tino Anjorin (ankle), Jordan Rhodes (illness), Kieran Phillips (hamstring), Duane Holmes (calf), Danny Ward (hamstring), Ben Jackson (thigh), Yuta Nakayama (Achilles), and Michał Helik (knee) Nothing about any returns at the presser though, from what I heard. |

Its probably been said elsewhere but i think losing Yuta was a big blow. Having a left side of defence being Yuta/Boyle or Yuta/Ruffles wouldve made us a lot sturdier and possibly prevented some of the stupid goals we conceeded.

Having a left side of defence being Yuta/Boyle or Yuta/Ruffles wouldve made us a lot sturdier and possibly prevented some of the stupid goals we conceeded. You could say similar about Tino at the other end. He brought a directness we don’t have in any other players. Maybe Knockaert now but a fit Tino playing through the middle was a real threat. |

Definitely a loss from a squad depth point of view but I wasn't impressed with him. I'm assuming he was just getting used to playing in England as his Japanese caps suggest he is better than we saw. He won't be hanging around for league one football that's for sure |

Good to read Jackson played a full 90 mins for B team today. set up both goals too in a 2-1 win.

Warnock said he wont take risk's this weekend, i think Rhodes will be back as he has only had the squits. Headley might well be ok reading between the lines.

Saw Cardiffs top scorer Callum Robinson got injured in their last game and is out until April. So thats good news. Id be very surprised in anyone in the division has had the injuries weve had this season, or anything like it. I cant remember a season where weve lost so many players and so many of them for long periods aswell. |
