Maybe nothing but an interestingly timed tweet from Town showing a Toffolo goal. Would feel a lot more solid with him back on the left hand side

I can just see the headline now.
"Toff signs 3 year deal at Huddersfield Town."
Then we see that we've signed Jacob Rees-Mogg.

You never know, an old-fashioned right winger could provide us with the creative spark we need.

One of the best shows on TV. Not seen it since RIP Sean Lock though. Joe Wilkinson is VERY funny too.

Actually, I call my arse Jacob in honour of the pointless moron sleeping on the government benches. It got that name as a result of all the shite that is evacuated via that 1 one way valve.

Shouldn't that be in the ex-players thread?

Hull trying for toffolo. We need him. Badly. Started another thread as the one titled toffs has gone off on a strange Datm tangent.
Any chance we might try ? Or will MF want another injured player ?

I doubt we can afford him, and why would we want to come back and face a relegation struggle.
As said above we seem to be favour injured or players that have not played for some time.

He didn't want to stay at Huddersfield Town, he refused to sign a contract, so why would he return? Why would we want him to return?

He didn't want to stay at Huddersfield Town, he refused to sign a contract, so why would he return? Why would we want him to return? Because he'd massively improve the team He'd play every week He knows the environment He could then leave properly without backlash There's reasons why he wouldn't come too but it's not like it's a ridiculous idea for him to return on loan.

There's other left-backs out there, why always the insistence on bringing back former players?

Bit of a kick in the teeth for him if the best he can do is a move to Hull. O’Brien will be off to Cardiff next.

I'm dismissing it because less than 12 months ago, he made it clear that he didn't want to be a Huddersfield Town player.
