Whoever it is, or if it is, the new alleged keeper needs to get to know his new team mates, Will be Bilo on Saturday IMO. Have Every confidence in him. i wouldn't be so sure, Bilo is a fantastic prospect but if a keeper comes in by the weekend which is expected. Then he will be playing on saturday for sure. |

This is a club who appointed a head coach, he had already taken 2/3 sessions. A keeper who is coming in will be playing from the get go . |

If so let's hope he doesn't cock it up, if so be mayhem on here Saturday from 5pm☺. Or could be from halftime onwards Blackpool fans peed off with Appleton, half time sit in?!! |

Don’t see a problem in keeping Bilo as first choice to end of month if that means us getting Darlow in then. As Nicholls is defo out for the season it’s the equivalent of when Lossl returned. |

How far behind Bilo is Jacob Chapman?
Also how many games did he play for Salford?
I ask because once either of them have started 5 first team games in total (Bilo has now played 4), the opportunity to bring in an emergency loan is gone.

But someone said that a loan keeper was undergoing medical/fitness tests way back on Tuesday, ready to be announced that night or Wednesday morning.
What happened?
Did he fail them?
Are they still on-going?
Or have we suddenly become aware that we have a rotten record when it comes to signing injured players?

to be fair to Bilo he is a completey different person to Schofield. He is completely different in personaility and skill set. I would argue with anyone that Schofield was never ever going to be good enough , yet Bilo has all the potential and aritbutes needed to be a very good keeper indeed. The raw facts of Bilo been bigger physically both in height and build, you then take his persoanility of having more self belif and confidence, Schofield is scared of his own shadw and does not like the physical aspect of goalkeeping. I have not and probs will never see the hype town surroded Schofield with for whatever reason that was. Bilo has all the potential to like i say kick on and be a no.1 for us for many years to come.

The point I'm making is we're paying the wages for 11 wingers and we have one keeper on the books with more than a handful of first team experience & you don't see anything wrong with that? It's insanely bad recruitment. Rudoni was signed after playing mainly on the wing where he created and scored more last season. Holmes has played more games on the wing in his career than in midfield (around 25% more games on the wing) Look it up. |

I do wonder what, if anything, an early prognosis of Nicholls injury after surgery might be related???
Clearly ops can find more problems or worse problems than scans find but often they show the injury to be less severe once they get in there??
Recovery times can and do change dramatically?
