What’s annoying about this postponement is that Fleetwood Town mangled to play against the Wendies and are literally a few miles away from the Blackpool ground. I think this was possibly a deliberate lack of effort by the club to get this fixture called off.

Graham Scott must have had a late night in the seedy bars of Blaggers on Friday night, lets hope he's recovered because he's due at Beeston at 2pm to do 4th official, BFC 'if' they draw in cup & win the replay will have an unwanted fixture headache.......also, the game above was at Hillsboro.

That is fucking outrageous Not really. Please let us know what similarity there is between a man who has continually funded Huddersfield Town and this man; On 6 November 2017, Oyston and his son Karl were found in a high court judgment to have operated an "illegitimate stripping" of Blackpool F.C., paying £26.77 million out of the club to companies they owned. The court found that Oyston and his son had abused their majority shareholding position at the club in a manner that was detrimental both to the business and Belokon. They were subsequently ordered to pay £31 million to buy out Belokon's share of the business, of which £25m+ along with costs were still owed. Club supporters were hopeful that the amount set by the High Court was so high that the Oyston family would be forced instead to sell its interest.[11] A few days following the court decision, on 10 November, the Oystons decided to put the club up for sale.[12] I’d be very careful what I wrote on a public forum if I was you, because it looks perilously close to defamatory to compare DH with Oyston in the way you did.

Oooooohhhh call the cops!! Stop being so dramatic, bet you’re a right laugh at parties!! I put “similar” to Hoyle as in got to the PL then decided they’d had enough and wanted their money out, sold assets and not replaced adequately then subsequently fall through the divisions which we are on course to do. (Although the club appears to have woken up in recent weeks) Can’t see how that is “fucking outrageous”? Similar does not mean the same, I don’t think your case would stand up in court!

No cops required for a civil matter.
Comparing Dean Hoyle to Owen Oyston IS “fucking outrageous”. DH may have made mistakes as the club’s owner (who doesn’t in the precarious world of football) but his actions have been altruistic in the extreme, not bloody criminal.
Doubt he will be arsed at yet another insult being hurled like.

Coastal towns don't generally have temperatures as low as inland ones. On the west coast, especially. Wet and windy, yes. Cold, no. Yep that's true but the water is usually colder than the land. In Blackpool Makes no difference.

The Oystons sued fans for their comments, I know 2 personally, raggy was sued 21k by karl and 21k by Owen, the other won a case against Sam Oyston, but then gobbed off and got sued by Karl, he had the casino next to hotel, which was run by Sam, or Samantha to his mates in certain pool pubs!!, all debts got wiped off when the O'S were found guilty by the courts. Lesson is, think before gob off, Dean is nowhere near where the Oystons were at pool. I've been on those NAPM marches with mates who support Blackpool, If this situation in the boardroom drags on, don't get over exited on social media!!

As much as I think Dean has made mistakes (we all do) he is nothing like the oystens at Blackpool.
I wonder who is finding all the players we have signed ?
Or is somebody off for a fee ?

No oyston screwed them badly Hoyle doing similar. Not at all, Hoyle wants his money he put in back. Oyston but bugger all in but took a hell of a lot out

Noticeably, Hoyle wants his money he put in back. Oyston but bugger all in but took a hell of a lot out Karl Oyston paid his dad Owen 11 million out of the prem money in loans, was the biggest payout to an ex chairman at the time, there was Belakon included at the the time, who put a 5 million investment in when pool were in league 1, which enabled them to get there. Oystons siphoned the money when belakon was under investigations in Latvia for corruption in bank of Latvia, he was cleared of this and oystons found guilty of corruption, no comparison between Hoyle and the Oystons whatsoever, Dean still funding, could call administration whenever he wants

I worked in the ski industry and it applies to quite a few areas of the world. My comment was that the sea has an effect on air temp and vice versa. The assertion was that seaside resorts aren't affected by sea temperatures not on a specific day at Blackpool Yours not remotely embarrassed

There is some difference between fresh and salt water.
At the end of the day the game was called off and I don't expect any good tidings from the authorities so we will have to get on with it.

For sure goodbet - but I see and have plentiful amounts of both at ma bit ! A nuicence the postponment is for sure, ‘‘twas a six pointer definitely... hopefully still will be as in Blackpool not climbing up the table with their new manager whoever that will pan out to be... Be interesting to see when the revised date is for the fixture -

I'd expect the rearranged match to be played on Tuesday 4th or 25th April
7th Feb - Possible FA Cup 4th round replay for Blackpool (and too short notice) 14th Feb - Full round of Championship matches 21st Feb - Blackburn v Blackpool (rearranged) 28th Feb - Possible FA Cup 5th round tie for Blackpool 7th March - Town v Bristol City (rearranged) 14th March - Full round of Championship matches 21st & 28th March - International break 4th April - Currently free 11th April - Day after Easter Monday matches 18th April - Full round of Championship matches 25th April - Currently free 2nd May - Currently free
Of course they could wait and see if Blackpool get knocked out by Southampton and if they do, play it on 28th Feb.

I would play a left footed left back, Matty Pearson plus whoever, Rudoni more central & AK to start........& anyone to put the ball in the net.

Bilo Turton Lees pearson/helik jacko
Kasumu Rudoni Camara/hogg
Hungbo Waghorn AK.
That's probably the best team we can put out at the moment.

Vaclik
Turton Pearson helik Lowton
Hogg Kasumu
Hungbo rudoni Knockaert
Waghorn
Personally. Lees isn't looking thebplayer he was, nondoubt about his commitment and effort, but Pearson and Helik would be a strong pairing.
Drop Kasumu back where High was and shift Rudoni into the central position.
Knockaert I would believe could give us 60 minutes?

It's hard to pick out exactly what the problem was against QPR because the three subs all at the same time clearly changed things around & we did look like we had a bit of bite. The only given for me is that the starting line-up needs to look a lot more like the one that finished yesterday than the one that started. And Camara at least on the bench unless there is something about his availability we aren't being told or I've missed.

we're so lacking in organisation I'm surprised anyone could shine playing for Town just now..Many playes have attributes but we're just not getting it out of them. Under MF the sum are the parts is weaker than the individuals. Are we sure he hasn't just been coaching under 9's all his career..is he really who he says he is...is he an imposter who's scammed us and is really Albert Smith from Scunthorpe ?

4 games in 11 days starting with this one
Hard to see how we can stay up if we don't pick up a decent haul of points. The run in is littered with good sides
