Out for six or seven months apparently.
Hopefully Jackson will be fit soon.

That's flat out unlucky. Out for a few months, comes back and gets a serious injury almost straight away. Got to feel sorry for him

Rotten luck. He was decent enough at Blackpool. Hope he can come back stronger and in time for next season wherever we are

Warnock likes a free agent doesn't he?

Warnock likes a free agent doesn't he? I bet he has Ronnie on the case right now, seeing who is out there and can do a "job". As for Ollie T - terrible luck. He's been a solid signing, despite a shaky start, and we could have probably done with someone like him these next few games. I hope he makes a full recovery.

Can we be struck with anymore shit ffs he is exactly the type of player that will run through a brick wall for the club especially under a manager like warnock.

I've seen him on loads of town tweets before. Must be a bot

I feel for Turton, he was our most improved player last season. He looked well out of his depth at first but, pretty quickly, became a valuable & reliable defender.
All the best lad, speedy recovery.

Tyler Blackett is available also having left Cincinnati in Jan. Has got Championship experience and is also only 28. It wouldn't be my first choice by any stretch, but you'd imagine he could do a job.

Jetro Williems Former international left back 28yrs old currently is a free agent. When looking also saw Tom Carroll and Izzy Brown are still unemployed too - few games left may just help to make a difference!!

In theory free agents appealing, but for most they have been without a club for a good while, and how long would it take to achieve a reasonable level of match fitness?

I hear there’s a young lad at Villa who is a decent right back. 🤔

I hear there’s a young lad at Villa who is a decent right back. 🤔 That one who managed 2 decent performances in half a season? The one who didn’t get much game time under MF. In the 6 he got decent game time we won 3, drew 1 and lost 2. He was just getting into his stride with us when the football powers that be decided to swap him for Lowton, who hasn’t been great. Edit: Add Kamberi to the loan swaps, who doesn’t make the bench when we don’t have a striker on it, and you have to question the January business. Also with no recognised right back Lowton has only made the bench tonight. KKH would have started.

Absolutely tragic for the lad. Most improved player we had before the injury.

Absolutely tragic for the lad. Most improved player we had before the injury. I’m getting concerned we may not see him in a Town shirt (or any other team’s shirt) again. Real shame.

He is a prime candidate to be deregistered from the squad now if we need room for the other signings even though he could still run rings around Edwards at a jog

He showed today how much difference it makes having someone in a full back position who can actually fizz a ball inside to the strikers and not just repetitively pass it to the winger stood on the touchline.
I slagged him off a lot in his first 6 months but I very much doubt we would be going down if Turton and Ruffels had played the majority of the season.
Both will be great players to have in league one (if they can stay fit)

Both will be great players to have in league one (if they can stay fit) Round peg, round hole. Very unlucky with injuries and thrown in at Bristol by AB when he clearly wasn't going to be match fit or up to speed with the game, which ultimately cost us - not his fault by the way, he shouldn't have been on the pitch that late in the game. But he looked solid today, went forward in possession, and can put in a decent cross. Sound guy to have at the back next season. If we keep Spencer then the RB slot has two good options for League One. A bright spot today along with Healey.

A right back, actually playing at right back.
Who knew?!!
