Says it all when a player who's has had 2 horrible injuries comes back and shows more fight than half the players by throwing himself into 50/50 challenges without hesitation.
We need more players like Ollie, well played lad

Hopefully play a big part next season. Him and Ruffels would be a solid start to a top 6 league one side. These are the players we need next season, not the ‘luxury’ players. Good, honest hard-working footballers.

Had the pleasure of meeting Olly this week when he promoted our ride with the jersey. Absolute lovely, likeable bloke and looked fit as a fiddle despite not playing for 15 months. A model professional. He’s in his final year of his contract next season and if he can stay fit we should look at extending it. Well played Olly Turton today.

I said Helik was immense in a different post , I would add Turton to that , to come back after so long out and put a shift in like that today was exactly what we’ve been missing.

Excellent attitude. Should be proud first game back. Important part of squad next season - albeit if we keep Spencer he should be first choice.
If we were stuck with current left backs then maybe both start

He volunteered to come up to the White Rose club after the game. He was obviously devastated but he was professional and came across as a thoroughly decent and nice person - helping people on and off the stage. Hopefully he'll be a big part of the team next season
