Another very significant milestone for DATM as the Talk of the Town thread pages reaches the big ONE HUNDRED (100) ! 👍
Having joined DATM around two years ago, I’ve really grown into it and couldn’t see my day, evening or night without it now... Informative ? Yep for sure... Argumentitive ? Well now and again, but it’s all about opinions in the football world after all... Huddersfield Town ? Well that is our common bond and - I think we all care passionately about what I truly believe is England’s finest footy club - and DATM gives us the wonderful chance to do that in our own diverse and wonderful ways !
Some great contributers on here indeed, and with DATM recently surpassing it’s 3,000,000 posts total and now 100 thread pages, may she go from strength to strength going forward...
Thanks to the administration team for keeping it going and being better Officials than what you’ll ever see on the field of play - And thanks to all the posters for the mix of passionate, emotional, angry and calm, happy, sad, and witty opinions over each season - And finally Thank You to everyone who has made this faraway HTAFC fanatic from the back sticks of The West Island (The Whisky Isle) in Bonnie Scotland, so very welcome on this wonderful forum !

There are some teams in the Championship that don't even have a properly operating forum. Compared to the forums I've seen, DATM is one of the best.

I wish we were founded 30 years earlier. As a club. 1878 is about right.
Bolton had a football club in 1877, in fact Christ Church Football Club was started in 1874.
I just feel as though Huddersfield Town should have been one of the founding clubs in 1878.

You’ve been a great addition to the stramash that is DATM Westie… Agree with that despite some initial sceptic comments from others on here early on thinking Westie was a WUM and slagging him off for referring to the club as "Huddy Town". His humour has won them all over in the meantime though :-) |
