Well that wasn’t exactly unexpected. Never in it first half but we more than matched them second and deserved a point. And only losing by one keeps our GD on line with others Our last two performances have been very good. If we can keep that level we might be ok Now if you could just maybe lose by two goals tomorrow we can be out of the bottom three 😊 100 years after the closest ever title finish between Town & Cardiff maybe they want to give us another hiding after the 4-0 hammering at JSS......Pity for them, the trophy would have ended up in Wales if it was on today's goal difference instead of goal average back then.

Ahhh, that chestnut is back again,is it? Whilst what you say is correct, if it was settled on today's rules, Town would comfortably win the league due to 3pts for a win. Goal difference would be irrelevant.

Some hearts must have been close to giving out - even if there was probably no calculators or much Radio Communication back then - Jeez Oh - I hadn’t the balls to watch or listen to our win over Reading in 2017 and hid in the back sticks of The Whisky Isle with the mobi off till it was all over and then had a 15 minute trek along a single track third world road until the mobile signal kicked in... Thankfully when it did there were at least fifteen consecutive pings and with that I knew Huddersfield Town had prevailed ! 🥃 🍺 🥃 🍺 🥃

I'm not convinced we'd stay up by beating Cardiff tonight, then WBA & Rotherham before the international break and then also winning on Easter Monday 😉🤭 That would take us to 50 points.

Yes it’s going to be very tight but I think 49 will do it (just) Two big games Saturday Blackburn v Plymouth Millwall v Brum

Yep. Would not be at all surprised if someone was relegated on 50 points this season. Bottom sides may be beating each other as always, but we're all beating Rotherham!

Boro', PNE, N'arch...can't decide on Blackburn v Plymough and Millwall v Brum... Could do with draws in the latter 2 games, 1 point each is a bit better than 3 points for 2 teams, especially with it being so tight down there.

And so the bulk of Matchday 37 beckons !
Off to a good start last night thanks to Leeds 😊 - it goes without saying we badly need wins for Preston, Middlesbrough, Southampton, Norwich and probably Coventry as well...
Blackburn v Plymouth (40 v 40) points, and Millwall v Birmingham (40 v 39) points is a wee bitty harder to call - Obviously draws IF we were to win tomorrow -
There again IF your auntie had balls, she’d be your uncle, but she doesn’t, so she isn’t - and all that !
Aah - The Championship - Don’t ya just pure love it ! 😬

Well that was an absolute lifesaver for us. Two difficult games now Norwich H and Hull A both going for the play offs before our game at the Bet365 Difficult one for you tomorrow but you should beat Rotherham next week Blackburn Plymouth and Brum only just keeping there heads above water. QPR crashing back to earth today Still any 2 from 8 It’s certainly not going to be boring end to the season
Will be watching with interest tomorrow

However I absolutely hate it as I'm sure can be said for most on here. Be happy for you lot to stay up but not at Town's expense.

I certainly think 50 will be enough. I bet fans of Blackburn, Birmingham and even Plymouth will feel like it's still a long way off. Great result for you yesterday Chadders, PNE away is always tough.

Would you take 49 points if offered right now chadders? That would be a tough call but I think that’s the minimum target now for all those down there 49 and the best GD might do it

If there was only 6 or 7 games left 49 might be enough but not sure now.

Hope you are right but today is arguably toughest game we have left I agree but we've beaten them once this season, compared to the teams above them they are 13 points behind Southampton and we ran them close and drew with Leeds. They looked a bit ragged when QPR where piling balls in to the box midweek, I do think this game is winnable and I'm convinced that we'll get a reaction after Wednesday.

Can’t deny that’s the result we were looking for. Thought you played really well and deserved the lead. Then you just seemed to fall asleep for 20 minutes Long way to go and I’m sure you’ll make up the points next week, and probably improve your GD Need Brum to lose there game on hand on Tuesday Apart from you the rest of us have hard games next Saturday. I can see big changes in the table again
