It's 6m+ but majority is dependant on whether Coventry get promoted or not Majority of what? The 6M? In which case it’s not 6M + Or majority of only the +? In which case the 6M is guaranteed so unless the add ons are more than 6M then the majority isn’t dependent if get promoted. Post makes no sense.

Shame about Jack, first season I thought he was absolutely sh1te but tried hard. Under Warnock thought he looked a different player and that goal against WBA, beautiful hit. Looked a decent free kick taker with Sorba on loan at Blackburn. Then Jack went back to being absolutely sh1te again but a good runner.
Think the amount of 1 on 1s he’s had with keeper in last 2 seasons and messed them up is bonkers.
Rotherham away last season, those poor shots in last 20 mins.
Think we’ve got out well if the money touted is true. Good luck kidda

Quote from an ex town player I spoke to a few weeks ago, rudoni used to sit in the dressing room on his phone talking about birds during team talks before the game! Hope he had more luck scoring with the birds than he did with Town.

“Reaching an agreement at the start of the window gives us focus within the remainder of the market, whilst also giving our existing squad further incentive to hit the ground running when they return for pre-season with a place in the side to fight for under our new Head Coach.” Which of our players is MC expecting to be incentivised to hit the ground running…? Scott High We need new midfielders Mark, the ones we've got aren't good enough. Slightly worried by that sentiment which was repeated by Duff. We now need a minimum of two new quality centre midfielders. The sooner we stop pretending players from the academy are ever going to be good enough, the better.

Good player - runner up in Player of the Year two seasons running
Will have a good career in the Championship at least and probably at a higher level in which case Cov will make a good profit
Can't understand the nasty comments. For Town he always gave his all
I hope he goes on to have a good career

I am certain that Wimbledon receive 20% from any sale of JR. Didn’t Sue-Ellen get all the insurance money?

Talented lad. Think his career will push on (much like Billing did).
I'm not sure what I've missed, but a lot of folk saying good riddance etc. What did he do wrong? Apart from poor first 30 mins last game of season. He seemed to be one of our more consistent performers. So, im sure I've missed something!
That being said, why is it that when we sell or part ways with players were very aggressive towards them? It comes across as if were always bitter...
Without knowing what's gone on behind the scenes with JR. I do like to wish him all the best. I hope he has his head down, stays humble and continues to further his development.

I honestly think it’s a Yorkshire thing - that lad was a ‘kin piss poor joiner, good riddance to him.. ‘kin mercenary. *turns around to hide the tears, waiting until he leaves* best friend I’ve ever had, decent joiner an’all..

If we've got c£5m it's a good deal. He could kick on at Cov, and he's got a lot of skill, but I think his complete lack of pace and composure, coupled with his propensity to get visibly frustrated, will hold him back. Would be surprised if he makes it past the Championship.
Also notice a few connected posters saying good riddance, and the story of him on his phone on the dressing room. One thing I'm really looking forward to under Duff is to get the professionalism, pride and standards back. Not a comment on Rudoni specifically, but we've had some bang average players disrespect our brilliant club for a bit too long.

First time I saw him I was very impressed but ultimately I can never get behind an attacking midfield player who doesn’t have a good shot and a goal in him. Robbins is a good coach and has a record of improving players so he may do well for them.

He reminded me of Pritchard without a cyst on his knee. Ran around a lot, but never produced anything that mattered and his shooting skills were diabolical! People talk about him tapping one in if the ball was squared, seriously this guy could have messed it up and there were plenty of other chances during the season to make a difference, but he didn’t.
I would have kept him in league 1, but not fussed he’s gone if someone is willing to splash the cash on him so we can fund a rebuild.

No great loss I don't think, wasn't a play maker, or a battler, didn't score goals..a bit of a lightweight tbh. Not all his fault, we were a poor side all season not helped by the club appointing 2 dick head managers!
I think if I was him I'd be running a mile from this club too.

Not the greatest misdemeanour... but obviously symptomatic of the complete shit show in the dressing room. No wonder Breitenreiiter was astounded by the unprofessionalism.

I thought he did put a decent shift in and did show some fight when others didn't. Ultimately, he was bought as a goalscoring and goal creating midfielder. He didn't really deliver on either front. Doesn't help that he shits himself whenever he gets the ball within 30 yards of the opposition goal and has the shooting power of an 11 year old.

The term dick head for Moore is harsh. Presuming he is one of the 2. He wasn't great, but was far from a dick head.

He might go on and surprise me but for me he delivered nowhere near enough. To my eyes he was bang average, but might do better in a better team. I am pretty certain he wasn't who you need in the trenches of League One.

Quote from an ex town player I spoke to a few weeks ago, rudoni used to sit in the dressing room on his phone talking about birds during team talks before the game! Thank God mobile phones weren't around when Frank Worthington was in his prime! One of the biggest shaggers in football - it literally cost him a move to Liverpool - but did the business for Town and is rightly well remembered You could say the fact Worthington was a massive shagger is/was admired at the time and part of his "character". Same with Best and others Not saying Rudoni in there league - as that would be ridiculous - but it's part of football, e.g Foden (current Premier League player of the season) sneaking women into the England hotel in Iceland and that broke Covid bubble rules All that matters really is the 90 mins on a Saturday afternoon

Concerning that Cartwright and duff both saying its a chance for someone to step up.
Whilst it would be nice to see Iorpenda step up, he will need an experienced back up for times when his form drops off a cliff.
If we have another summer like last year of cutting, we will be no-where near promotion hopefuls... more like also rans. Last thing we need is panic January buys again.

Midfield has needed attention for about 5 years now. Share your sentiments, a replacement for Rudoni alone isn't going to be enough, we need at least two.
