The level of disrespect shown towards him is embarrassing. Would say he's more embarrassing, hes the stereotype modern day footie player that shows what the game has sadly become, ok so he's occasionally good at dead ball situations, doesn't make him a superstar, he is a division 3 footballer until someone takes a punt on him!!, his attitude is horrendous, hope he changes it wherever he is employed. Hope you don't mind the editing. He's not exactly Beckham though is he?

Can we please stop slagging him off until he’s sold.
If any potential buyers are reading we will all be very upset if you stole him from us for 5million.

The most disappointing thing is that we saw the real Sorba for a good part of the season. I’ll hold my hands up, I could not stand him last season and was happy to see him leave on loan for Blackburn.
This season he did work hard and tracked back the most I have ever seen him. A lot more than other wingers we have without naming names.
But he has two sides and clearly downed tools over the past couple of months. No doubt his agent will have been in his ear. He might put loads of crosses in like Gary Roberts did for us years gone by, but Gary Roberts also scored goals - which is a trait Sorba does not have.
He clearly wants to go and a move away will be good for both parties.
In terms of valuation - I’d be surprised if we got more than £2-3m for him.
A quick fire sale for him will also show KN (and hopefully AB) mean business. If you’re not going in the trenches, you’re not playing for Huddersfield Town.

In preseason post Stockport. Sorba wore the captains arm band and talked about being captain for Town.
How things have changed

If true will put the fuel in his personal plated range rover for him, thinks he's something he definitely isn't. What is the registration number - D1K H3AD? PEN 15

All this anger vented at him because somebody’s wife heard a rumour. Grow up lads. Personally I’ve no idea what went on with that rumour and have very little idea what was said, other than what was posted on this board. 3 managers have called him out. Again, I don’t know the exact reasons why but Fotheringham, Thomasson and current manager have clearly shown they have an issue with him. Are all 3 wrong and Thomas the victim in all this? It’s not about growing up. It’s about getting rid of everything that has caused us to be in this mess. If that means getting rid of a player who is, allegedly, not going to help us progress as a team then I’m all for it. You can see from his histrionics on the pitch and by some of his comments that he is probably not the easiest player to manage. My comment was the grief he was getting due to a rumour not that I thought he was without issues.

I think he only has the most chances created because he spams crosses from literally anywhere. Some of the crosses he puts in are from ridiculous positions or when he’s not even got the ball under control. He’s very predictable. Chances created doesn’t necessarily mean the chances are good ones. I’d be happy to see the back of him

It feels extremely rare that Thomas is crossing in from a position where he's beyond the full back. He's nearly always trying to bend it around the defender. Feels like loads get blocked and loads go sailing over everyone

And the worst thing is he’s one of our better players, which says everything about the squad. Needs completely gutting

The lads an absolute tool. Championship quality player certainly but you just never know what you’re getting. Sometimes he works hard, sometimes he’s a sulky fuck walking around, sometimes he looks like he’s following instruction, sometimes he looks like he’s doing what the hell he wants. Then when the chips are down he’s trying to do everything himself before failing and sulking again. And this is often in the same game. He has drive but it’s all channelled wrong. An absolute nightmare to play with and manage. He is one of those lads, a bit like Bruno at Man U, who you would have to wall up if you were playing with them. A wanker basically.

The sooner we get rid of this absolute idiot the better. Can't wait to see him fail at his next club.
We literally rescued him from non league. He should be eternally grateful this club gave him a chance.
Another reason why football has gone shite

I fell out with Thomas when he went to Blackburn and what he said about the club something about he was glad to be at a well run club. How dare anyone suggest that ours is not a well run club!

Fotherham & Thomasson, were both sacked, not top managers/caches,& plus Andre Breitenreiter blaming everybody, but himself, clutching at straws. We've had an awful season, resulting in relegation, it's a shame that Andre is slagging players off, we need to reset, with or without AB. If Sorba leaves let's hope we get good money for him - UTT. AB has admitted his mistakes though 🤷 That's ok then, cos there's a very long list, thought AB would have acted in a professional manner, he even put's the boot into Neil Warnock! I recall Town toured Devon & Cornwall for 7 days, early part of pre-season training, which usually takes 6 weeks, not 7 days? Massive smell of scapegoating by Andre Breitenreiter, disappointed with the remarks he's made, rather pointless with 1 game to play!

It’s threads like this that make me realise I’m probably not conversing with folk my own age on here most of the time.
We’ve had a shit season, we need scapegoats…
Let’s hope we get some degree of success next season, string some wins together, otherwise this place will descend into a bloody playground…

Is he just been honest or is this some type of deflection? I don’t know but everything just has to be seen as either black or white. I still think that this season came down to fine margins. Yes, the table doesn’t lie but a decision here, a decision there and we could have squeaked safety. Everybody would be buzzing and looking ahead and I guarantee you that AB doesn’t make those comments.

Thomas has been a scapegoat for many this last 2 seasons really I think he's a decent player a few flaws technically, tactically but that's what coaches are for. Not sure what he is like off the pitch But AB didn't name names like on other posts people are guessing, he might not actually be one of the disruptive ones but yes on the pitch doesn't quite do what the manager asks Which at times we can see from what AB has said about tracking etc.

Sorba has been telling others players for the last two weeks he has a moved lined up and not in England, please take him and hopefully pay a nice fee we need a reset and it is time for Sorba to move on.
Despite this I do actually think there were times this season Sorba has been putting more effort in but unfortuantly I dont think he is actually a good enough technically, yes he is good at set pieces but not really great at anything else. Wingers need to get assists (from open play) and score some goals Sorba just doesnt do this enough for me.

Sorba had one good season with assists because we had 3 centre halves who fought like stink and a set piece plan that worked. He is the nearest footballer I have ever seen here who is like an American Football, special teams goal kicker. Pity you cant just bring him on for set pieces then bring a better all round footballer on for him. The amount of crosses without looking up and the amount of running into full backs or anyone else around was getting really annoying. He cannot run with the ball in a straight line, he veers off away from goal even when its a last man situation. We have not been able to afford having him in the team since Corberan left. He has tracked back more this season but he does not defend when he does, so its pointless smoke and mirrors.

Hmm, Brendan Rodgers isn't a great judge of player but Celtic? Can't see Clement at Rangers tolerating him.

It’s easy to belittle a good set piece taker and forget how absolutely terrible we were at them before Thomas.
