I find him worse to listen to than Buzz and that takes some doing Totally agree.
He doesn't inspire confidence at all. Therefore it worries me , how he can even talk players / convince them to come join usi n January. If you are a player, watching the team play, you know he simply isn't a tatical genius either, therefore if the money isn't incredible then how does he sell the club?Ā If he improves a single player at the club i will be shocked, as like i say his tactics are basic at best.
How people talk/portray themselves in front of a camera, is seldom how they are behind closed doors.

How people talk/portray themselves in front of a camera, is seldom how they are behind closed doors. This is my take on it.I also find his pressers not something I choose to watch.I prefer to read whatās been asked and whatās been said on the Yorkshire live live blog(presumably not for much longer) But the initial inside training video where they micād him up i thought he came across different.Much more energy and directness, canāt see the players not liking how he goes about things based off that. A lot of managers in pressers are too busy trying to say the wrong thing that anything they want to get across can get lost I think. Warnock didnāt have that issue as he wasnāt arsed about saying the wrong thing.

Should have Hogg and Harratt starting today, hopefully Koroma too. Maybe Ward and Kasumu on bench. Starting to get some numbers back now so should be a good game today. We have a good recent record at Hull. Feeling a Town win. UTT

If anything he holds us back cos heāll get played due to apparent āwork rateā Well to be fair to Kian, the best goal scorer / cf we have , we loaned out. Rhodes 9 times out of 10 will get more goals than Ward and Harrat, probs put together aswell. I understand work rate , its very important don't get me wrong, but rhodes out of the cf's on our books, will do his fair share of work but will also score more goals than the others over a season.
If you asked most defenders in this league or any league for that matter, who would you rather play against rhodes or ward, i can almost gaurntee its Ward. You can mark Rhodes all game, then one chance and he scores or at least hits the target. I am not talking about rhodes back in the day either, i have seen both versions of JR and he is still more of a goal threat to defenders than Ward.
The club need to look at the options we have and put "who is a goal threat" and how can we become more of one at the top of the list. Teams come onto us and go at us, as they do not worry about what is going to come the other way currently.

Managing to make the team more defensive than last week is some effort. And why is Edwards there? Just taking the place of a kid

With that team Hudlin is a waste of a player. No intent on attacking so might as well stick another defender on for him and have a game of attack v defence (which it ultimately will be anyway) š¤·š»āāļø

To be honest I found Warnockās press conference very self indulgent, it was always about him! If a manager is getting results nobody gives a fuck about what he says in a press conference. Thatās very true, Carlos couldnāt string a sentence together. But then Darren isnāt getting any results so thatās why heās getting hammered. Carlos could but he was hard to understand because it was his 2nd language. Moore struggles to formulate a sentence in his first.

Hogg played a few games at centre back for us under Corberan. This means we have more players on the pitch who've played centre back than players who haven't.

Must have seen a different Rhodes to the one I've seen for the last couple of year then.

Whatever you say mate, you can't really argue that rhodes is still the best goal scorer we have at the club. if he plays he will score mroe goals than ward in any season. Ward is like playing a false nine up there, he runs around a bit but does nothing else. at least Rhodes gets more shots on target and is more of a proper goal threat than ward. Rhodes is not what he was no doubt, but he is still a more obvs goal threat than ward will ever be.
