Yes. That's my website. I'm the one of who has reviewed it! Yes, it's a decent read, although I'm not enamoured of novels built around football facts and stats.

Wouldn't mind but he ran lots of stuff past me initially, but still it wound up peppered with inaccuracies.

You beat me to it, Lee. Wouldn't mind but he ran lots of stuff past me initially, but still it wound up peppered with inaccuracies. A very early version of "Where Are They Now" appeared in the book, taken from my entries on the original Where Are They Now? site. He ran nothing past me!

I do get your point, just found your mix-up between hearing and sight quite funny! Its a bit like shouting so blind people can hear you ๐ค๐

Fully blind. Eh? How's that? My hat would fall over my eyes.

Just finished reading it, good read with many facts about the sell out to Leeds. I didn't know Herbert Chapman was manager at Leeds City before the first world war or that he was banned by the Football League for Life after the war.

I didn't know Herbert Chapman was manager at Leeds City before the first world war or that he was banned by the Football League for Life after the war.I thought that was one of the most well-known facts about HC. Dodgy as fook, but he was at L***s' forebears, so maybe it came with the territory. He was (allegedly) partly the reason they were chucked out and disbanded. Then rocked up at Town to do the unthinkable
