I believe in KN & think we are in really good hands, he wants to do the best for us.
I've renewed for next season when I really didn't expect I would.
Shit, KN even said something nice about Duncan Foster, I bet there's not many on here who would!

I think Edwards and Cartwright need to be setting out their plans for the season ahead. Communication from both has been extremely limited in the last 12 months.
Kev is doing his bit, time for them to do their's.

I've no confidence in Cartwright at all. after all he's responsible for us being relegated - appointed DM and kept him in position far too long. How can you trust someone
with such a record as that.

No interview with new boss.
No information re new coaching team.
No information on when retained list will be out.
No updates of staff on website (AB still Head Coach 😂)
Surely now is the time to show improvements are under way.

I just don’t get it. - many people are on Holiday this week. - lots of moving around taking place - lots of meetings to go through new ideas especially commercially this week - MD staff are not all in place and confirmed yet - MD full interview will come just not yet. |

We know he's been appointed, why do we need a press conference instantly? Let the bloke get his feet under the table first and get his bearings. It was the same when Fotheringham was appointed and a video emerged of him taking training, but there had been no announcement of his appointment. The outrage was mental! Everyone knew he'd got the job so God knows what difference an announcement would have made. |

Not many owners would do a near 45 minute interview like that, especially after a relegation.
As a person and the way he speaks about the club I'm struggling to have anything bad to say about him, the only issue I have are those that are working for him at the moment but we can't do anything but trust his judgment anyway. Unless he's a fantastic actor he seems to have our best interests at heart.

It's not asking much for the new manager to be interviewed and maybe some words from the invisible men. Also someone has pointed out the fact that Kevin's diaries are only on twitter which tbh is a little bit shit if we're being honest! Surely whoever is in charge of such things has realised it might be an idea to pop them on the OS and the you tube channel! There's lots of the access all areas type stuff but not much substance on there. It's a fair comment IMO and like it or not fans expect the club to engage and produce content, especially when a new coach arrives. All this was much better when Wagner first arrived, lots of interviews with the man himself, info on the backroom team etc etc. No idea who was working alongside DM or AB because there was very little info and certainly no interviews. |

I don't think we need to hear anything more right now. The retained list will be announced soon but I think it's time for Duff, Cartwright, Edwards and Nagle to get on with the planning for next season.
An interview with Duff on the eve of, or during, pre season will be fine.
It feels like there has been so much going on we all need to step back and breathe.
By early July we'll have a better idea of our direction of travel and/or have more questions.
Next season really starts now. It's the work in the next few weeks that will set the foundations.

People moaning his coaching staff haven't been announced.... maybe it's because they aren't decided/confirmed yet
Why no interview? .... maybe MD has other commitments yesterday/today
The club can't win, if they waited to announce the appointment because they wanted to put out media pictures/interviews etc. some people would moan at that.
All we need to know is he's confirmed & work for next season will have begun, that's the main thing surely?

It doesn't make a difference to the fact we have a new coach but people want and expect to see one. It's called marketing. The club need to keep their fans engaged. That's someone's job at the club and they are hopefully well compensated for doing it. It's important. You or I might not be that bothered but there will be many that are. I'm sure one will be done shortly, maybe they're waiting for his backroom team to be announced, hoping they're decent, his last two are both employed elsewhere so won't be them. |
