I went to an Olympiakos home game about four years ago. They had one end behind the goal which was completely controlled by the fans. No stewards or police. Fans from the other stands ran round the edge of the pitch and chambered in. 16 packs of beer at the end of the rows. A total free-for-all. Even back then, away fans were banned.

I bet UEFA pray there will never be a European tie between Olympiakos and Galatasaray
