The fans only really want to get rid of you when we've got two "manager out" polls going at the same time.

Setting up with wingers as wingbacks then instantly going into a deep block was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen at the stadium. If you set-up like that you need to play on the front foot and force the opposition back. We just invited pressure from the first minute by sitting back and letting them dictate the play.
I gave Moore a chance but 14 games in he has not shown anything other than negative, anti-football. His tactics, team selection and in game management gets more baffling by the week. He just looks like he's in over his head and needs replacing before he can do any more damage.
2 wins in 14 is atrocious.

I can’t speak for white board messages but I can say that the players as a whole don’t rate him at all, tactically unaware and some of the training sessions have left them bemused (talking very basic and quite frankly bizarre sessions) he is liked as a bloke unlike Buzz but the pair are viewed internally as equally incapable. VLP have you heard anything about the apparent "shadow" play sessions, where no ball is used at all and instead the players are asked to play the game without a ball, as if shadow play like ? which as i was told bemused the squad and was like "what" . Probably very helpful though, with the amount of possession we normally have 😁

Makes you wonder if Warnock is having a little chuckle, getting removed for Moore and us going completely backwards His ego would be yes. Unfortunately, but you couldn't blame him. I have been very much in the good things take time, and give DM some time camp. However, I mentioned it on Twitter (X) yesterday that I was a bit concerned in that I've heard data rooms, team meetings, and shadows of play were happening very frequently. I had previously played under a coach that was obsessed with shadow play, team meetings etc, I struggled massively with it. I'm now I'd argue a fairly successful business owner, so I do have a decent attention span and look for fine detail, but I would find myself being ridiculously bored at all the meetings etc. I wonder if thats what the players (who the likes of our squad, with no disrespect to them as people don't come across as the sharpest knifes in the box so to speak) ultimately really struggle with and it being a bit of an overkill.

He just looks like he's in over his head and needs replacing before he can do any more damage. 2 wins in 14 is atrocious. What is entirely unacceptable to me is the fact that they did the same just 4 fucking days ago. Bristol C created 3 chances in 4 minutes - the nature of them were a little different but it was just exploiting passivity like Preston did. Mistakes can be forgiven but to set the team and tempo up (down?) 2 games in a row despite the evidence before your eyes is just heavy duty incompetence. I was frigging fuming (not a pretty sight) and we hadn’t even got to the point where he subs Danny Ward (who was otherwise shite) just after he had a potential turning point by scoring. That wasn’t just a bad decision, it smacks of rigidity - a trait you can’t disguise or easily overcome. His departure is inevitable at some point this season - leaving it to Feb/March will relegate us.

If those running the club are watching and care (which appears that they are), then his time must be up soon!
I have never known so much disharmony and when you consider Siewert, Schofield and Fotheringham that’s unbelievable.
The thing is my confidence or lack of confidence in Moore extends to Cartwright and Edwards which I think would be the same for most on here.
Under fotheringham I said that I wanted us to lose to fast track a replacement and when he arrived it looked too late to save us and we all know the rest. I would take a 5-0 defeat this Saturday if it sealed the deal and we appointed a coach that some of the bigger clubs may trust with their youngsters from January (a couple of City’s are impressing tonight)
I may be wrong but were Gillingham in danger of dropping out the league last year and signed players good enough to survive safely and kick on this season, they attracted players from a perilous position and we could surely do the same.
Gillingham too are American owned, and that owner sacked Neil Harris and said it’s not the ‘American way’ to sack coaches but wanted a different direction, there position this season is different position to ours but they acted because promotion was slipping away and we have to react because relegation looms.

If he goes there won't be money to replace him so it would most likely be Worthington stepping up

Can I just ask what 9 people were smoking, drinking or inhaling when they voted 'Yes'?
9 yes votes out of 236 is equivalent to an approval rating of a whopping 3.8%.

Maybe KN is waiting until he gets a replacement in? Can only hope. The only times I remember us having replacements ready to go was Wagner and Corberan. They didn’t do to bad.

For those not on twitter Town Supporters: A few things- I don’t like to communicate when I’m angry/frustrated, but after taking a deep breath I can tell you that not only do I hear you as always, but I share your frustration. As I see it, supporters need something to support, and being honest- there’s not much there right now when it comes to results and entertainment on the pitch. I am looking forward to arriving on 4 January, and I will be there with boots on the ground the entire month. I will be there to ask tough questions of EVERYONE, from players to management to executives. And I will answer the tough questions posed my way as well. I will be there for the entirety of the transfer window, as we will be strategic, surgical, and aggressive in trying to bring in the talent we need. You are the customers, you spend your time and hard earned money to escape from the realities of the world for a few hours a week, and in return you deserve a product worthy of your time and money. To be frank, we are not currently holding up our end of the bargain. I’m not interested in blame, or fault, I’m only interested in identifying and assessing problems, and solving them as quick as possible. That doesn’t mean we will always see eye to eye, but I can promise you as you spend your time and money on the club, I will be doing the exact same. We will get through this, and we WILL build a sustainable winning club you can be proud of. That’s everything. As always thank you, this is YOUR club, and I am here to have your back. I look forward to seeing many of you in person next month. KN Fair enough, Kev

He's had a shot and failed miserably, the football is dire to watch.
Next, see what he does.

Don't think I've ever seen such a one-sided poll.
I mean crikey, takes some doing to have a lower approval rating than Rishi Sunak just now.

Might even take the shackles off for the next game knowing that he surely can't afford another poor performance and result.

If there had been a Carlos poll this long into his first season it probably wouldn’t look that different.

It must be KN's robots or people with finger issues. To be fair, after reading Nagle's message to the fans I don't think he'd attempt to affect the vote....I think Nagle understands the issue fully. Its a case now of fix 1 job at a time and his first job looks to be new players in January. It was a good message from Nagle and he's given me some optimism.

Would the 10 that have voted Yes be prepared to put their heads above the parapet and give reasons as to why they feel he is the right manager for Huddersfield Town?
That's not me having a go or a dig at anyone. I'm just curious as to the reasons why people have voted yes. Maybe they have seen something I haven't.

That's not me having a go or a dig at anyone. I'm just curious as to the reasons why people have voted yes. Maybe they have seen something I haven't. In that 10 I’d factor in the possibility of other teams fans who are a member of the forum voting yes for humorous purposes.
