Setting up with wingers as wingbacks then instantly going into a deep block was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen at the stadium. If you set-up like that you need to play on the front foot and force the opposition back. We just invited pressure from the first minute by sitting back and letting them dictate the play. I gave Moore a chance but 14 games in he has not shown anything other than negative, anti-football. His tactics, team selection and in game management gets more baffling by the week. He just looks like he's in over his head and needs replacing before he can do any more damage. 2 wins in 14 is atrocious. What is entirely unacceptable to me is the fact that they did the same just 4 fucking days ago. Bristol C created 3 chances in 4 minutes - the nature of them were a little different but it was just exploiting passivity like Preston did. Mistakes can be forgiven but to set the team and tempo up (down?) 2 games in a row despite the evidence before your eyes is just heavy duty incompetence. I was frigging fuming (not a pretty sight) and we hadn’t even got to the point where he subs Danny Ward (who was otherwise shite) just after he had a potential turning point by scoring. That wasn’t just a bad decision, it smacks of rigidity - a trait you can’t disguise or easily overcome. His departure is inevitable at some point this season - leaving it to Feb/March will relegate us. Weirdly he did the complete opposite in the Swansea game, set-up defensively then when we're desperately holding onto a lead in the second half he decided to then bring his attacking players on? Nothing he does makes any sense to me.

In balance we have all suffered quite a bit since then. There seems to be an attitude now that managers are temporary disposable items we can just dump when things don’t go well. I have not been happy with our performances or results but the team is so low on confidence. DM needs some players in and a chance to turn this around for me.

Solid NO from me
Getting rid of Warnock was solely down to Nagles ego being hurt
The Yes Men that agreed to it should see their heads roll
The Yes Men that thought DM was a suitable replacement with this squad should also see their heads roll
Would we be in this mess with this stadnard of football and these crowds with NW? I don't think it's even an opinion, its pretty obvious we would be in a far better position.

It must be KN's robots or people with finger issues. To be fair, after reading Nagle's message to the fans I don't think he'd attempt to affect the vote....I think Nagle understands the issue fully. Its a case now of fix 1 job at a time and his first job looks to be new players in January. It was a good message from Nagle and he's given me some optimism. The first thing to get right at a football club is the manager all else follows from that point, as we have seen in the past few years.

I take from what he said that he likely thinks that too. I believe instead of swapping managers and bringing in new players this January he will reduce the wholesale changes and priorities players. I'm hopeful we squeeze through this season and he's already on the lookout for a proper long term manager. The employees behind the scenes need a talking to and I think there will have already been some tetchy Skype conversations.

Hopefully Mr Nagle will read this, if not then pass the message on please justaguy, 96% says it all!
The fans have spoken and attendances are already plummeting, for the sake of our proud club and championship status get rid of DM ASAP!

Wow, DM doesn’t half waffle in the presser. It’s a hard listen.

No, he’s got minimal support from the fans and looks like he’s not bothered about that anyway the way he ignores us after every game. It also looks like he’s lost the respect and support from the players going off the performances they’re putting in for him.
Get rid of him now as he’s so far out of his depth it’s untrue.

Ha, jesus. Just watching the presser back. He sees Kev's tweet as a positive. Thick as mince. It was awful, wasn’t it. He gets a word in his mind and repeats that word endlessly, meandering about aimlessly until the next question. Polishman Michal Helik is just so much more eloquent. I hate to think what the players think whenever DM opens his gob. I’d be confused too, listening to shite like that every day.

I assume that Edwards and Cartwright interviewed Moore before appointing him. I wonder what it was that impressed them so much to believe that this was a long term appointment and would be a natural replacement for Warnock?

It's just a shit excuse if you ask me. Every team has injuries but he makes out he's got half the team missing and when they're 'all' back he'll start playing attacking football instead of boring everyone to death.

I'd genuinely like to hear from those that voted yes. Not in an argumentative manner I'm just interested in their thinking. I haven't voted, but I think the answer may lie in manner in which the poll is proposed. For instance, I think there is some very valid ground somewhere in the middle; having taken my time, I am not best pleased with the results or the manner of them, but I don't don't think getting rid of DM right now is a smart move in all honesty. That doesn't mean I think he's the right man either, I just think he's the better option for the predicament we find ourselves in at this moment. Whether people want to hear it / believe it or not, our hand was forced on the Warnock issue because he told them he was flagging. It also came not long after there were concerns from both sides about how the last window was conducted, because Warnock wanted total control but the reality is his reputation in the modern game and the fact that we was known to be a temporary appointment, turned clubs sand players away. He thought he was untouchable and they called his bluff, opting for more stability earlier than anticipated because he was distancing himself yet keeping control. What Warnock did last season was superb, no doubt. But let's not gloss over the cracks of his tenure this season. I know much of this for a fact by the way, given who told me. On balance of what I know, I think it was the right call. I don't think Warnock should have stayed beyond last season and I think both parties agree on that in hindsight. As it happens, the decision on Moore hasn't paid off. Moore's appointment was partly because of who was available and partly because of the financial constraints would mean we would limit our options in the Jan window further which is a priority; it was a balancing act. That doesn't mean we took the cheap option, but we calculated an option and some we win, some we loose. Like all clubs. On the basis of what I know, I don't think sacking Moore pre-Jan is for the best of the dressing room, the transfer window or the club as a whole right now.

Ha, jesus. Just watching the presser back. He sees Kev's tweet as a positive. Thick as mince. What do you want him to say in front of his employer when he's under pressure? Its all very easy for us outsiders isn't it, but there's not many on here that would have the balls to say what they truly want in a press conference. Those that would, wouldn't be in a job for too long, and would be paying out most of their salary in fines. Barton is a great example - good luck getting an employer now.

"I share his concerns" "I understand where he's coming from". Not "It's a positive". Because that's utter bullshit.

I thought Katherine Hannah asked some challenging questions today and what I really wanted to hear from him was: KH- The chairman released a statement concerning the lack of entertainment on the pitch, what do you have to say to that? DM- I fully agree with his statement because we were shit, I was shit and his comments were well deserved.

Unless Ruffels comes back an amalgamation of Harry Toffolo and David Loewe and Rudoni has shaved his head and become Aaron Mooy, there is nobody on that treatment table that will improve this team under his current tactics. It's not the players it's the tactics.
