I can't remember which one of you said you came on here to read and listen to the fans. But whichever one of you it is, the message is clear from 99% of the fans...
Get rid of Moore before it is too late and spend some money in January!
Go back to Nagle and Co and do your jobs. It's quite simply embarrassing.

Fair play to them, they tried to change the narrative, but you can't pull the wool over yorkshire folks eyes.
When they arrive in January they better have sorted this out, as at the moment the absent owner is getting the benefit of the doubt, fan anger generally rounds on the owners if they dilly dally.

Lets be fair here. justaguy is connected to Nagle and it's fairly obvious who he is from the documentary. His contribution to this board has been very fair, he's tried to correct a couple of things but mostly he is doing what he says, listening to the fans.
castlehillterrier has been very pro Nagle and very pro Moore (until last night), but has absolutely no connection to Nagle or the club and just likes to pretend he knows things, as he did when he was posting as HTAFC35.
Also, there is no way that everybody at the club isn't aware of the fans opinion of Moore right now. Don't need to read DATM for that.

You just need to look at the stands last night to see people are voting with their feet. Thousands and thousands of paid up fans aren't bothering to come, you can't even blame the weather, it was a mild December night.
Good luck selling season cards next season Kev if you think this is a squad of players and management team that is fit to wear the badge.
The club is a disgrace.

Justaguy.. it sounds like it was you who said you were here to listen etc.
So please confirm you are listening and feeding back exactly what the fans are saying after last night.
That 1st half performance is the worst yet under Moore, so don't let anyone kid you on that he needs time. He has had plenty of time to get us organised and playing his way.. do not trust him to get it right in January.

Tell Kevin you will either be sacking him now, in February or in May, Take your pick.
We've seen it all before managers that have put performances out like we've seen recently don't come back from it.
Mick Wadsworth, Andy Ritchie, Chris Powell, Mark Fotheringham, Darren Moore.... All spewed out similar dull football and never connected with the fans it's over.

Its gross negligence to not sack him last night, Its painfully obvious that hes dead in the water...... He needs putting out of his misery for everyones sake. At least Kev can come out with some kudos that way, if not the whole regiem will sink with Moore. Giving him jan or until the end of the season just causes more damage.
Get a new man in, get the signings right, start playing progressive football, appreciate the fans and dont treat them as cash cows, This could be a very different place by the end of jan. Full of positivity.

Thing is I think KN is trying to look like he has a long term plan and has refferenced giving Sac coaches time iirc. It's admirable in a way, and nor do we want trigger happy foreign owners, but this is English football; its much more cut-throat. It's clear we wouldnt be losing a gem if DM was sacked..
-Zero signs of anything on field in regards tactics, style of play, coaching, 1%s
-First thing you need in a relegation battle is the fans right behind, this now wont happen
-Zero reason to think he's a relegation fight manager - for me he's a "come in and make a squad of decent players happy/playing manager" - players who probably dont need much to be decent.
- "January" ..... If you'd have given MF the money it cost to sack him and hire warnock last january, we'd still have gone down. Something to consider when talking about the cost of sacking a manager. I'd much rather a top manager and some good loans than DM signing some million pounders
The best chairmen know when to get rid. You can have all the time/patience in the world, it doesnt mean it will work.

Moreover we are additionally concerned that the plan off the pitch may need to be reviewed, revised and re-communicated. The Darren Moore thread(s), the Radio Leeds phone ins (Saturday and last night) and the latest ATTC podcast (Twitter spaces review of last night's game) provide a good cross section of people with broadly similar concerns. This needs recognising, digesting and respecting. Mr Nagle isn't largely responsible for where we find ourselves as a club but he has chosen to take on responsibility for the future. His first decisions aren't breeding confidence (in him) but he has a chance to reflect, evaluate and take steps to put things right. Whether he chooses to or is able to is another thing. But he can be very sure that support for the club is being impacted right now and I would ask if that was what he intended? For the record and in my opinion I am pretty sure that wasn't the aim, but I would love him to prove me right. There's an old phrase we use over here; "When you're in a hole don't keep digging". How many more shovels before someone accepts a mistake may have been made? I make my points with the upmost respect in the hope they are received with similar respect.

Like his little black book, he and Edwards seem to have gone into hiding after their first round of disastrous appointments and transfers. I think it's about time they actually fronted up to the fans rather than leaving it up to the owner who's thousands of miles away?

We just need to stay up. I don’t care how or what it looks like or even what shady deals have to be done to make it happen.
Moore was a risk we didn’t need to take. We now need to pull a rabbit out the hat In January, Emile Smith Rowe style.

I will say this too- the Chairman doesn’t care about “fault” or “blame”. We also have a saying; “the buck stops here”, and that’s how he operates. No ego. What’s the issue What’s the problem How do we fix it Next What’s the issue - We are awful to watch, the club is hemorrhaging supporter attendance, Alot of fans feel disassociated with the club. What’s the problem - Darren Moore is clearly clueless when it comes to the expectations of managing Huddersfield Town, Tactically inept, We have no playing philosophy, His in game management and ability to change the flow of a game is woeful, He selects strange line-ups which even the most basic football knowledge fans instantly know will be a disaster, His press conferences and general ability to engage with the media and sell our club are woeful, Not once has he given any respect to the fans, clapped a following or engaged in any way. He doesnt fill anyone with any confidence that he knows what he is doing, he cant even manage basic communication with the press, so I can only imagine what the players are hearing, 97% of supporters surveyed would like his removal from post. How do we fix it - Its not a situation where you can wait for improvement, hes not new to management, so these things are entrenched in his management, Its not like we can send him on a 12 month coaching course, Sadly the only way to fix it is to sack him and replace him with someone with a bit more about them, Possibly a younger european coach who has experiences success in other leagues, The QPR guy would have been a good choice, even the man wednesday have taken on, The supporters said that they saw an instant plan and style of play. Something never evident with Moore, He has to understand the huddersfield values, Phils Hodgkinsons working class club charter, although not great is a reasonable benchmark, Wagners No Limits etc etc. We dont want to hear excuses why we cant do things. We want someone who gets things done...... and appreciates the fans are everything to a football club, without them, there is no point in a football club, without them commercial revenues are going to be serverly damaged, without their backing running a club is alot harder than it should be. Next - Manager please... Thanks.

I will say this too- the Chairman doesn’t care about “fault” or “blame”. We also have a saying; “the buck stops here”, and that’s how he operates. No ego. What’s the issue What’s the problem How do we fix it Next That is very refreshing to hear, my one question would be this: What does good look like (as far as HTAFC is concerned)? The issue and the problem are related to that vision/expectation. Everyone will have a different perspective and expectation. Surely Mr Nagle's vision for where the club and team need to be then lead to the questions here? As I have not heard an explicit target giving an opinion on the issue and problem is subjective. But for me, as it stands: The issue: Performances are poor, disjointed and lacking any positive consistency, that the fans can relate to. The problem: For me threefold: 1 - Poor tactics and a lack of inspiration from the manager 2 - A very weak squad with significant quality gaps 3 - A lack of detailed engagement between club/team and fans All of which is seeing fans, including longstanding ones like me, voting with their feet. How do we fix it: Once again threefold: 1 - Critically evaluate the performance of the current manager. As a benchmark look at the results, performances/tactics and coherence on the pitch of the last manager with the same group of players. Do not be afraid of admitting an error in the appointment and making a change. 2 - Address the weaknesses in the squad with proven performers or try and secure high quality development players from the Premier League or similar 3 - Don't be afraid to set out a plan for fans to understand and follow. Continually communicate with the fanbase to reflect on progress and be open to challenge and change. Being as open and transparent as possible, and also consistent in message, will go a long way to building trust and bringing people together I haven't commented on the situation with the stadium as I don't know enough about the legal and financial position. I would note that if you get things right on the pitch your ability to generate additional revenue from tickets, merchandise, hospitality, sponsors and partners is greatly increased. I would completely recognise that you are starting from a very poor position in this regard i.e. there is no easy solution other than investment, and it is easy for me to sit behind a keyboard and spend someone else's money. This is of course just my view and others will have a different perspective. I do hope it provides a little insight if nothing else. Thanks for taking the time to respond. As Mr Nagle would say.... dugnet for official fans representative to the board. Get that man an afternoon tea in January. I would go if invited but there are plenty who disagree with my take on things (which is fine) and would have a different view/priorities.
