Moore should have been sacked today, and replaced by Cooper,we might have a chance of a draw then! Yes I know this is wishful thinking. Cooper's stock has risen dramatically, Huddersfield Town won't be on his radar. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love him at Town but I just can’t see it.

Full game & future predictions - A mainly solid first half performance but with 2 clear cut Norwich chances ending in glaring misses. Somehow it stays nil nil until 45 mins, but a defensive mix up combined with a goalie mistake lets Rowe score in the second minute of added on time, and Norwich take the lead at half time. Town come out in the second half happy to try to contain Norwich, with the hope of clinching a goal from a rare attack or a corner. With Town gaining momentum after some promising attacking moves, 2 attack minded players are substituted for a defender and an extra defensive midfielder. Norwich constantly attack, dominate possession, score goals in the 56th minute, then 76th - and end up winning 3-0 (Rowe 2, Hernandez 1). Rudoni ends up being sent off for 2 weak yellow card offences late on. The percentage of fans asking for Moore out increases. The board are still confident in his ability to take us forward. Fans are told to wait until he has the team playing the previously promised fabulous attacking football with his own January signings in the team: We sign 6 players consisting of: Jordan Rhodes - who will be said to be like a new signing. 1 well travelled free agent we can get excited about. 2 players currently keeping benches warm from teams slightly above us in the same league who - whilst offering more squad depth - are no better than what we have now. 1 premier league loan yet to play any men's football 1 prospect from non league (goalie) Diarra and Thomas are sold to teams slightly above us in the league, for undisclosed (negligible) amounts, and not replaced. There is an announcement from the board that during the transfer window we were in talks with 2 decent strikers, but they went to Rotherham and Plymouth for 50p more a week instead, and we can't break our wage structure. Then a second announcement to do with us not submitting a high enough budget pre season, therefore we can't pay money for anyone. Results and performances don't improve through January and February. Moore is sacked, leaving us at the bottom of the table and 8 points adrift towards the end of Feb. Warnock declares interest in returning. 1st things first, Danny Ward contract extension. Unfortunately, I actually agree with about 50% of the above.

I have been to Carrow Road a few times to sit behind one of those roof support girders, just as well I couldn't see because I have never come away with even a point. Although I seem to remember Andy Morrison putting us in the lead once - temporarily. When in 1969 season , Town won 2.1 , we went on the cowshed special bus & stopped in Newark on the way back . Remember the Examiner headlines , Hoy Rocket Lights up Norfolk . Those where the days my friend !

I cannot see anything other than a comfortable Norwich win, Norwich city 3- Town 0.

I'm going 4-0 to Norwich. We let a goal in in added on time in the first half. Second half DM throws Doris the tea lady on in goals and we capitulate to a ring stinging 4-0.

Wagner could double the 'brownie points' he earned at Portman Road with a convincing home win, it won't be easy against the blue wall defence DM will set up with at Carrow Road. Two very constrasting Town managers, one that entertained us immensely when taking over a below average team/squad, compared to one who 'nullifies' us & every football fan after taking over confident team/squad.....On the list of Town managers one very near the top against one very near the bottom.

Think Wagner's promotion at Town clouds a lot of Town fans judgement on his true managerial abilities, he us currently presiding over inconsistency and mediocrity with a Norwich squad that should probably be top 2 in comparison to where they are now. The promotion buys him a lot of credit but as a manager in general he isn't up to much.

Although I seem to remember Andy Morrison putting us in the lead once - temporarily. Think your mind is playing tricks on you there mate, he never put us in front there. I've been 4 or 5 times and the best we've done is a 1-1 draw Jamie Vincent scored that day, the other times we've lost 2-0, 5-0 and 4-1 which David Beresford scored for Town. The place is an absolute graveyard for Town, aside from the Kachunga inspired win in the promotion season we never win there. It used to be a happy hunting ground. After losing our first ever game there in 1960, we won 6 and drew 3 of the next 10 visits, up to and including that 2-1 win in 1969-70. We always seemed to draw with them at home (9 out of 11 in one spell) so, until Saturday at least, we still have more draws than wins or losses. Kevin Gallen put us in front in the second half in 2000-01, but they equalised late on and Bruce was gone two games later. Never two without three, so next time we win at Norwich we should be on the way to the top division; probably not this Saturday, though.

Josh Sargent is the only player missing from Norwich squad v Town, with 4 games in 1o days we know DW is someone who likes to rest players & rotate......Weaker team against weak opponents? Lets hope so.

Took us from perpetual mediocrity into a premier league league team in 2 years.. On a comparatively shoestring budget.. If we had had a successful transfer window in the summer of 2018 we might have still been there like Brighton., His tactical nous and energy was a breath of fresh air at the time but has now been copied and replicated by numerous managers.. Maybe it was just a moment in time 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Still would swap him for Moore in a heartbeat.. 🍻

Lose this and I'm pretty sure he'll be gone I'm sure that won't be the case. The merry go round of managers can't really go on like it has at Town.

He's not done anything at Schalke, Young Boys and Norwich subsequently. While he would be a better option than Moore, he isn't the answer.

Even when we're not shit we always get bummed in the gob at Carrow Road. No silly yellow or red cards is about the most optimistic I can be about this one. Can you get bummed in the gob? Unless your a contortionist I find that hard to swallow !

Hope, guess, or know something? Lose this and he will still be here in January. Festive 2 points & out of the bottom 3 will probably satisfy the management......Maybe KN will have other ideas getting up at the crack of dawn to watch a drubbing after his works Xmas party tonight?

The fact that this thread has managed just two pages 24 hours before ko must say something about the underlying level of interest in the team at the moment - or is everyone out doing late Christmas shopping?
