Can't actually make the game tonight as I'm visiting the outlaws. Will be interesting to see A/ How set up B/ The attendance Out of curiosity, why does the attendance interest you? As a win against Blackburn to see if it draws any previous no shows back. I know we can be a fickle bunch but with the dwindling attendances it would be interesting. I know there are many variables

Bookies have got Middlesbrough at 7/10. I don't expect us to perform like we did against Blackburn but feck me, Middlesbrough aren't great this season.

Win tonight would be huge, most likely would bring us into that little pack ahead of us. Plymouth at Southampton, QPR at Ipswich and rovrum at Preston so I’d imagine teams around us will be dropping points.

It wouldn't take a genius to answer that one. Checking to see if the fans are still voting with their feet, by staying away.

Said this the other day on the Blzckburn thread, 3 points tonight would put us on 28 leaving us needing another 22 max to stay up, doable. A win tonight takes the pressure off Monday too, not saying we should scratch it and take a tonking but deffo try and get some kind of result, but we aren't under so much pressure to get a result and make it easier for us to play.

They didn’t stay away last home game like everyone said they would. Theres been a couple of recent games where the crowd is low, other than that it’s like any other non promotion season. The crowd has been pretty much the same the last few years. But you crack on and make something out of nothing.

Do people still park on the roads up near The Dalton and surrounding areas?

But they'll still announce the tickets sold rather than the attendance. As I put on the Blackburn thread, my daughter works on the turnstiles and they were told that Town were expecting 13,000 but Tog gave the figure as 20,000

Wet and windy tonight. Not a great night for turning out and probably not great for decent football either, but that may work in our favour. I figure if the players are going to be out there braving the elements the least I can do is turn up and hunker down in a, relatively, dry stand.

Yes, a few low’ish ones recently due to dire performances but I honestly think some people actually get off wanting to see a low crowd, to prove a point. Not aimed at you directly. Morley posted the other day, along the lines of…’NO ONE go on Boxing Day, vote with your feet’…like that’s going to achieve anything at all. And it was wasn’t a bad crowd to be honest. And a great game! It’s just a shame that some people want to see us suffer more misery on the pitch so the manager can go, as opposed to going down, supporting the team and get behind everyone involved to try and get a bit of momentum. Suppose everyone is different.

Suppose everyone is different. I will admit that the manager fails to inspire me and would have gone at 90% plus other clubs by now. If he sets out the team to play like he did against Blackburn the crowds will increase again. I see that if one big fail against a team could get rid of DM then maybe I would take it rather than the drivel that we have seen served up this season. One loss to stop a drift in to League One would be acceptable along with an improvement in the quality of the standard of play. I personally don't take any negativity in to the stadium apart from the chatter to mates that all have a similar take on the situation anyway.

Further, a little man made it obvious loyalty counts for nothing so why be loyal? Ifollow for me. PS Whoever thought a full championship fixture list this Friday night was a good idea shouldn't be in their job.

Suppose everyone is different. I think people get frustrated and angry on both sides of the argument. Some are far too tolerant of weak leadership and errors made which aren't acknowledged. Head in the sand, everything will be great mentality. Then on the other side there are people who are really annoyed by that mindset, so they want to be proved right. Ultimately by the removal of an underperformed manager. Add in the circumstances behind the recent manager swap and it's obviously amplified further. I didn't want Moore in and am far from hapog with him. I've stated this opinion a few times but I do want Town to win games. With or without Moore.

Just about to set off. Hopefully WYP won’t be deploying a rolling road block for their coach convoy away from the match as they did in April. We were stuck behind it for the majority of the journey home on the 62.

Chapman starts, Burgzorg not in the squad, and REG (despite not being L2 standard) is the most experienced player on our bench

What’s up with Nicholls? Are emergency goalkeepers still a thing? Why don’t we have one?

Pity about Burgzorg, but decent line-up. An on form Koroma can rip anyone apart. Defence needs to protect the keeper. Chapman's family will be over the moon.
