Shame. Town are doing OK. Headley just gets better... hope he's OK for next week. I say this every game, "Ben Wiles just has to get more involved". I'll add to that, "... and stop giving the ball away in dangerous positions". Harry Winks is everything Ben Wiles isn’t. Winks only cost £10 million, what a surprise! |

Matt Glennon was saying that Leicester's three goalkeepers must be on about £90,000 a week (for all three). Over twelve months that works out at nearly half our player wage budget for the year.

I thought in general we've looked OK with the ball, but it is so clear we are missing a striker. We're getting to the final third quickly and then have no options. Quality of our passing, was piss poor, final ball shocking - UTT. |

Very poor quality first half, we were very poor, reverting to being unable to pass to each other, luckily, Leicester were poor, too, creating very little, the goal came totally out of the blue. I suspect Leicester will get a bollocking & I wouldn't be surprised if we go 2 down within 5 minutes of the half starting. Our side looks knackered after the Christmas games, so I don't expect us to find extra energy 2nd half. And tonight's lottery numbers are... |

All of them are utterly shattered after playing more minutes than they should have done over Christmas. Some of those players come under constant complaints for not being good enough at the best of times. They're not losing because they're not putting the effort in. They're just coming up short against a very, very good side, arguably the best seen at this level this millennium, who will break record after record. I'm off for a run now. If we've been thumped when I get in, then we've been thumped. Today is a day to shrug shoulders, write it off, and move on. |
