Not much else Moore can do with the players available. I suspected he'd throw players straight in to start as he has a tendency to do it with injured players. Mainly worried that Edwards is back in the fold, thought he'd have been sent back by now! Excited to see Matos play but a bit concerned that REG appears to be playing at centre back, unless we're doing a 4-4-2 diamond?

Next week is the one that matters. Get Hogg, Headley and maybe a couple of others back for that, maybe have a couple of additional signings.
If we get clobbered today - as is more than likely - then we get clobbered. A good showing would be less than five. If we're getting a walloping, bringing a couple of the kids on might not be the worst idea in the world while resting players.
I'm in two minds whether to watch it on the telly. On one hand, the car needs a clean. On the other, it feels a bit like an obligation to stick with them today in the way I can.

So insulting to us. Fuck em. They interviewed Jake Edward’s on 5 Live this morning, he was pretty good to be fair, mentioned Man City joining the thrice champions club last year and that we were the first etc… he also mentioned Nagle and that our ambition is to be playing Man City regularly again in the future. Also said we intend to have a good go at them today… |

We could hardly lay a glove on Leicester yet some think we've got a chance against Foden, Grealish and Alvarez. I'll be happy with 5-0 as that would actually be a pretty decent effort given the gulf in quality |

All part of nostalgic mass-hysteria. It was - and still is - a pile of crap. If you were/are terrified of this then you need to seek help. |
