Have the club given any update on what the injury is and when he might actually play?

Deafening silence (Likely through embarrassment) from the club on this one. My excitement for the Plymouth game fizzled out when I read we'd broken him before his debut.
I've seen contradictory posts on if he might be in the squad or not on Saturday; if he was fit to go I think we would've had something more positive from official sources.
Letting Rhodes stay I think was definitely the right call as JR 2024 isn't the answer to The Championship; if we didn't break Bojan and able to secure someone like Rhys Healy I think that would be a fantastic result (If we don't break the latter too!)
Allows Either Hudlin or Harrat to go out on loan too before the end of the window.
Front 3 options of Zorg (When fit), Bojan (When fit) and Healy would be the best options we've had since Vaughan/Beckford.

I really can't see why people are getting hyped up over Healey who hasn't really done much in England and that was in divisions below.

Not too excited - but it's hard not to get exciting when HTAFC are rumoured to be interested in not only a forward player but one under 30, not an ex player and not a free agent! I'd assume moving forward we'd play with 1 striker - with 3 said options it would be exciting times relatively speaking

If he was a loan or a freebie, I would understand it. But the rumoured price is 1M. I was really against it, but it would have been better to have just recalled Rhodes and have him as back up for the rest of the season and then bring someone better in, in the summer.

He’s mainly been used as a sub at this level, ie one 5 minute appearance would count towards that 1 in 8 stat. He has a good record for clubs he has started at, looks like he has had two bad injuries , that would concern me more.

I see fans, who for many moons have been wanting an improvement in our striking options, getting it. This is on top of a tough little bugger in midfield, another striker and, if, as seems likely, a centre back with pace. If these are the only signings we make in this window, I would call it a success.

Is he actually better than what we have? His record suggests not. For 1M, I can see this being a waste. Hopefully, I am wrong. I shall also stop derailing the thread on Bojan now 😁

Hopefully, you are wrong, the proof will be in the playing (probably under a different manager).

Press conference today should reveal all Wouldn’t bank on it normally gives little to nothing away in the pressers on injuries. Is it definitely today the press conference?
