Does anyone think the injuries are just bad luck? Seems unlikely to be although I don't pretend I understand what's causing them. Injuries can be caused by a number of reasons. 1) just bad luck 2) Not warming up correctly 3) training recklessly 4) Daft as it sounds training too softly, trying too hard to prevent injuries can be an issue. I assume that the training team have kept track on how had when each player got injured and if there's any correlation on the injury issues we have/are facing. We were told by Wednesday supporters that DM does not like talking about injuries and we have certainly see this in his press conferences so I doubt that he will release any information they have gathered.

Does anyone think the injuries are just bad luck? Seems unlikely to be although I don't pretend I understand what's causing them. We had a similar speight of injuries in CC's first season which coincided with our massive downturn in form, at the time he was accused of over working them in training but it was never really proven if this was the case. Either way luck certainly does play a part, but obviously isn't the sole factor.

I was thinking we’d been more unlucky than anything with injuries given they haven’t all been soft tissue injuries
We didn’t help ourselves imo - 1 sub the other week in with 4 games in 9 days was asking for trouble. I have no idea if that has or hasn’t contributed but seemed far from logical
We also have Maxwell, Ruffels, Pearson, Harratt and Jones all with soft tissue injuries - that’s not bad luck. Our record when Steve Black proved that, his methods got Cadamarteri fit - enough said!
Kasumu hasn’t had an injury for a month so was due one hopefully precaution
I’m sure Hogg will be back for Plymouth - no point him playing today imo well, fit or not
