Do you know how many times a chairman has stated he has faith in a manager, then sacked them a few games later? It's commonly known as a bad sign for the manager when it's said. Can't see it. I said a few months ago that it will be the end of Feb before he is sacked. They'll give him a chance with the new players. I'm sure everyone on DATM is hoping that he loses every game until then. It will make DATM people feel much better. Utter nonsense. We all want town doing as well as possible, however most of us can see that is never likely to happen under Moore.

And that is what most Wednesday fans told us, yet Cartwright said he was going to bring attacking football. Sleepwalking into relegation again. He doesn't have the mental capacity to adapt in game... I bet he has to plan everything out, He probably wins favour with the club because he will look organised, but that adaptability that's missing is what we need to win these games.

LEE CLARK 2 Show continues on, wins & loads of draws won't take you up, losses & loads of draws won't keep you up, tactically inept & so predictable......40 days to Spring, but the cleaning needs to start now Kev.

Kevin M Nagle. The 'M' obviously stands for mid (or 'mediocre' for those of us who are as advanced in years as myself). Sack him!!!!! You are better than this. And the dumbest post of the day goes to… Dumb for saying Nagle is better than the shite that Moore is churning out? Nice internet trope line but you've obviously not got a clue about football.

And it is what is likely to happen whether you like it or not. The club ain’t gonna jeopardise another window by sacking the manager with over a week left in it and whilst we’re trying to negotiate more deals. It’s just not sensible. Only a huge name, that is well respected, would change that and I don’t see that happening whatsoever. They’re going to back him and then see what happens / what he can do with a squad that isn’t as depleted. And that will be Feb at the earliest. It may have been shite, but we took a point today on the road, still missing key players. And we should have won it. But it could be worse and that is also why he won’t be sacked and soon.

There is a team in these players but we won’t see it under this manager or playing this formation. Exactly this

Just watched the highlights on SSN ,all 1 min 57 secs and was that from Hogg ? Good chances missed at the other end, we really don't help ourselves.

Been out at a game with the eldest grandson, bloody freezing, Carshalton Athletic v Hastings United, but I was skim reading this thread throughout.
Predictable and demoralising….. sums Darren Moore and Town up. It’s not been a happy marriage, it’s just not working and never will; time for a divorce.

Think I’m watching a different game, I feel like we are competing and we will go on and win this. Spencer is going to be a very good player. You were wrong and we were poor.

Looking at the positives, we looked to win the game in the 2nd half & really should have won it, which is an improvement, but is that despite DM? He is incredibly inflexible & does not have the knack of changing the game in-play. The players we have are crying out for a 4-2-3-1 formation. I stand by my prediction that the last 2 & next 2 games are his making/breaking: without 2 wins in those I think he'll be gone, which now means if we don't win at QPR, he'll be sacked, IMO. If we go below that line next week we're doomed. We seem to have been 21st all season. It must be the longest ever in such a random league position.

As frustrating as it is, I think we need to make peace with the fact that DM is not going to openly critical of the team or players, especially after we draw away from home. He’s not that guy. He’s gonna give you the sanitised version in pressers. That’s his prerogative. And he thinks he’s protecting players and club alike by doing it that way.

I’m just glad we moved quickly to get him before anyone else did and that we did it from a position of strength. Jake Edwards and Mark Cartwright need to go with him for being both incompetent and sickeningly smug.

I just can't be arsed going, it's so shit, I'm not listing to moores post match interview because he talks so much shit.
I'm hanging my hat on King Kev to do the right thing now, he's the only likeable thing about town at the moment.

Kev probably still thinks the horizon system then identified dazzler doesn't have any bugs.

Of the managers who have managed us for a similar amount of games, only Jan Siewert and John Haselden have a lower win % than Moore. Plus given most of Siewerts games were at the end of our Premier League time it makes Moores % even more embarrassing

And you thinking we should've won is extremely subjective - not fact as you've stated.

Came out of that thinking well the football is still shite but missed chances and individual errors cost us 3 points, then heard moores interview on way back saying good performance and Blackburn are a good side what game does he watch?

Clearly I’ve offended you, though I stand by my original post, your’s was dumb I'm really liking what I've seen of Spencer. Just a real shame Rudoni missed that chance in the first half, and Kasumu in the second. Agreed I don't think we played badly, just needed to scored those two guilt edge chances...
