A draw's probably the one result I don't really want. A win and we gain a tiny bit of breathing space, a loss and, hopefully, that's Moore gone. Draw would be perfect. Keeps us ahead of QPR and, based on what KN has said in his latest diary, that's the end for Moore. I'd settle for that if it definitely meant he was gone

I said before this run of 4 games that 7 points from the 12 was a minimum to keep DM in a job and keep us out of the bottom 3.
So far we have 2/6 so it is a must win for me. Draws aren’t good enough now. I know stats aren’t everything but our Xg for is 1.04 and Xg against is 1.46. So it’s not like this defensive set up bloody works anyway.
We have an 10% conversion rate on (1 in 10 shots score) but we only average 9 shots per game. Doesn’t take Einstein to see you’re not going to win games keeping this philosophy.
So let’s change it up.
Nichols Spencer. Helik. Balker. Jackson Hogg. Matos Rudoni Sorba. Bojan. Healey.

When Burgzorg is back, play Burgzorg there. According to that questionable bible, Transfermarkt, our shot conversion rate is 7%, with a divisional average of 8.5%. Point absolutely stands, though, even if a shot conversion of 10% would be the third highest in the division! (Top are Preston and Leicester - 11.1%. Preston's statistics are remarkable - 103 fewer shots than us, 5 more goals. Almost makes you wonder what their xG is. Almost).

It's a game we're capable of winning, and there'd be no point in going there to 'sit in' and play for a draw - with the possible bonus of nicking 3 points. Therefore, no doubt we'll 'sit in' for the entire match. What we see won't be a great deal different from yesterday's serving, which for the large part was utter crap.

Lots will be expecting an home win but im not so sure, like us they're down there for a reason, the reason being neither of us are very good, its going to be about who is a bit better on the day although i reckon it will be a draw.

Its a proper 6 pointer!!, suppose the important thing is not to lose, or we in bottom 3 with the massive next up. Most important game of the season, if we lose though it won't define our season and relegate us, plenty of points to go for after this fixture. Town fans are used to being in these sort of games at both ends of the table!!

I think it will be the defining game for Moore, though……

I cannot see anything than another draw, 1-1 again would be my bet. Lose and surely that's the end for Darren Moore.

If DM stays I think the draws may finally dry up against the upbeat R's......Relegation odds to stay UP sees SW, QPR & Town all about Evens (Millers 12/1), with a decent coach in place I would lump on that price, we have the squad now to survive.

I would take a draw on Sunday and then go beat Wednesday.
However I am not sure from his comments Kevin will take a draw this weekend.
A draw however in context of this game only will actually be a really good result for us.

I feel the only way Town will get anything better than a draw from the Q P R game is if the new signings are in the starting line up .
Certainly dont think town will lose
Saying that i thing it might take time to bed them in team wise and lets hope they are better players than what we have got at present

Got my tickets and already backed the draw. Easy money from the bookies and I win most weeks. Any point away from home in the Championship is a good point but that also assumes you win the occasional home game. Will DM remain stubborn or actually listen to the words posted on social media by KN? Let’s hope he starts to get the message and we try and play on the front foot. Might go for the double and assume a low block and 0-0

Mine too.. but well play 5 at the back with a wingers as full back and various other square pegs wedged into round holes with the Moore hammer.

If we hadn't drawn so many, I would say a must not lose. But with the run after Sheff Wed, it is a must win to gain 3 points on the relegation rivals.
The pressure to win has been put onto themselves by poor management and poor decisions on the field by players.

(Hopefully not as Town need every win we can bloody well get)... 😉 I for one hope not, I want my club to have success on and off the pitch, I also crave consistency on and off the pitch and would welcome some longevity with a manager, he may not be everyone’s cup of tea but he’s there, he’s trying, and some indications are that we are “evolving” away from a super negative set up. I’ll be there for this one. Not paid this amount for a ticket for a while….. ouch. UTT

QPR today lowered ticket prices for adult members/ST holders to £25 in all home areas for the 'hugely important fixture against the Terriers'.....Referee is Steve Martin, awarded home pens to Bristol & Lids in Dec & also did Swansea v Town last month.

Despite it been a viable option now Moore seems set on 3-5-2(iv said on other threads he might go to 3-4-1-2) I don’t see him changing now unless forced.Be happy if proved wrong though. Think he goes 3-4-1-2 Nicholls Spencer Helik Balker Sorba Kasumu(or Hogg) Matos Jackson Rudoni Healey Radulovic
