You jest, but he came out with the below and still managed to get it so wrong. Sounds like we've done really well to get Andre out of his current contract! update as of this morning. - M Duff, not coming to us. - Cooper, we asked we talked but he doesnt want to come to us at this time and expects a job at the top end of the championship. - We are working hard on an international target, not seen on any betting sites yet, its really not easy however he is in work and that is difficult at the moment to reach an agreement to get him out of his curent contract. This is now our number 1 target and we will keep trying to make it work, last couple of performances have allowed everyone to not panic and keep trying to get this over the line. I expect the name to come out later this week. We had options to employ 3 people already all out of work, all had second interviews but we decided against all of them. if it doesnt work out with the top target, i expect Worthington to continue even if that is until the end of the season. |

I attended a match while he was in charge at Hannover. Talked to supporters pre-match and they said their predicament was completely down to ownership being crap. I'd ignore that stop on his cv.

They continued to fall after sacking him, before an upturn of results at the end of the season saw them safe. Great appointment on paper. Hang on, we're excited about this guy who was sacked from his last job in his first season after 22 games having got 25 points, but we didn't want Duff who was sacked in his last job in his first season after 19 games having got 21 points?
Please note, this is in jest, he looks a great appointment. (Though still think Duff would have been OK as well).
Wait until we find out he's commuting from Germany though....

Nagle must have had to sell the job to this chap, seems a good hire. He's still taking over in a precarious position.
Hopefully he's assured him he'll be given what's required to really push on.
