Doesn't know this league. Doesn't know how our players tick. We're going through a critical period, change can be very disruptive. I'd have prefered sticking with Johan Wertentonne until the end of the season. Just hope he has the common sense not to come in and try to reinvent the wheel like Moore did. Small incremental changes and utilise the knowledge of the man who in three games has got them playing the best football we've seen in years. The time for tinkering will be once we're (hopefully) mathematically safe. |

Study what’s been working,lean on worthy’s albeit short stint knowledge and like you say make tweaks not wholesale changes. Hopefully looking at what’s written about him it won’t be too big of a difference anyway.We’re setup squad wise to counter attack. Would imagine maybe he would want a couple more players in the window or more to fully put his style across. For now like I say do what’s been working…be aggressive,be in faces,pass forward at every opportunity and work socks off that’s all it needs to the end of the season. On a side note Radulovic already under worthy and possibly under the new guy maybe doesn’t suit.Hopefully a full pre season can change that possibly. |

got to say a thought of helik and balker in the middle of defence is quite exciting pace and strength with good footballing ability. Pearson and Spencer at full backs being solid . Spencer and Headley 🔥 I could be in a minority, but I don't get this Headley at left back in a back 4. Personally, I think defending is his weakness. Wing back, or wide left of a front 3 for me and he thrives. |

Win % means fuck all going on our last appointment. Hoffenheim have gotten even worse since they sacked him. Someone more clued up on German football may know if they are in a crisis. |

I have to agree with him. 14 games left means he has to get up to speed extremely quickly in terms of getting to know the players and the league. Its very different to employing someone who knows the Championship and its players inside out like Warnock. Obviously I hope it works out but I'm slightly nervous about this one. I would have rather he came in the summer tbh |

I could be in a minority, but I don't get this Headley at left back in a back 4. Personally, I think defending is his weakness. Wing back, or wide left of a front 3 for me and he thrives. I think Yuta at left back if he stays. I know he's been underwhelming at times, but the terrible injury hasn't helped, nor has scrapping around at the bottom of the league. I still think he has the potential to be really good for us. |

Two promotions to the Bundesliga. A 5th place finish with Schalke and a league title in Switzerland. That's enough to get me excited regardless of 25 points from 22 games in his last job. We're not going to get a manager with a 100% success rate at every club he's been too. |
