My cards just arrived in the post. Both mine and my daughter's card have my name on though! Anyone else have the same thing? Same for me, my name on all the 3 I bough (mine, kid 1, and kid 2) Seat numbers are all different though. Not a massive deal. As long as they let us in then doesn't really matter. |

We should normalise referring to the stands as their proper names anyway. I've no idea which is the Core Stand, the Abzorb Stand? Agree, Riverside, Kilner Bank, South stand and Little Mix stand. |

You may have received your new 2024/25 Season Card which has the name of the primary Season Card purchaser. We feel that it is important for every fan to have their name printed onto the cards, therefore, we have decided to resend you a new 2024/25 Season card with your name on too!
Please hold onto the new Season Card until your replacement has arrived, at which point the Season Card with the old details can then be destroyed
Just had this in an email (although not actually received a new ST yet).

Anyone who wants one can have one and those that haven't used it in years can say don't bother. |

Do the club know they have bodged this up with the printing error or do you have to make them aware of individual cases?

But I feel for my grandad and his mates qhi are all in their 80's and have zero idea about using the app and new account stuff etc. We will be going to sort it at some point though and get his name back om his card! |

I emailed the club about having my name on all 4 of our tickets, though with correct 2 adults & 2 U23 cards. They are aware & will be sending new cards out shortly but they told me to keep the old ones until they arrive.
