My view on this 6 Days out obviously from a Leeds perspective. Not going to give it the big one as know this can come back to bite just an honest attempt at a preview from our angle. For many households / workplaces / shared friends especially in the Cleckhuddersfax Area this matters, less so for Leeds based or out of West Yorkshire based Leeds Fans who would see this fixture as equal to Wendies / Barnsley / Rotherham. In fact many who haven’t lived with this daily are genuinely taken aback at the vitriol that exists from Town to Leeds. That’s not arrogance on their part they honestly don’t understand it. After our hoop was well and truly cocked on Friday Eve with an astonishing turnaround against the Foxes our 2024 100% Winning League Run continues with only Preston and Leicester able to score against us. We have a happy camp currently both players, fans and manager are all as one and even against probably the best side we have faced this season in Leicester on Friday we did have first half chances when we maybe didn’t play quite as well as recently. Obviously the last 15 minutes were different. You seem to have steadied the ship post Bore-Moore via Worthington and Your fellow New German Manger judging by Your win at Watford. Was as shocked as you at your feeble showing at ER and of course fully expect a much harder test in HD1 and will be interesting to see what team Farke will pick on Wednesday at Chelsea. Chelsea is seen as a free hit by many of us, a win as a great bonus if it happens. We have found our best starting 11 almost by accident (sure Farke knows better!) Gruev & Kamara in midfield keep it simple and effective. Ampadu at Centre Back with Rodon and the sensational Archie Gray, ONLY 17!!! has been doing well at Right Back. However the recent loan signing of Connor Roberts from Burnley could free up Archie to return to Midfield, his preferred position. Rutter - strong as an Ox in behind any combo of Bamford / Piroe / Summerville / James / Gnonto offer multiple options to keep any opposition guessing. Vital match for us and you in terms of 3 points nobody will deny that and to the more Hudds- Spen Centric Leeds Fans bragging rights too. A full bouncing Away End will be in full voice and expect to have both the Firpo and Gaetano (Beradi former player) songs as an ear worm in your heads all evening, like it or not, whatever the result. My prediction, especially if you go toe to toe with us, just how we like it, Leeds score first and early = Leeds Win. Remember Michael hefele?? Go on your own board L💩💩ds C##NT

I often read comments about opposition fans buying tickets for the home end, it sometimes happens but not on a massive scale.

If any Leeds fans do end up in the home ends and make themselves known (accidentally or otherwise) and end up with their heads kicked in then I'll have no sympathy for them. Entirely their own fault.
As for Marsh, generally always found him a reasonable and fair poster despite who he supports. He's certainly not like some Leeds fans on here who are basically braindead arseholes looking for a fight or a wind up.
Personally I do worry about their squad, more so than most teams squads. They absolutely have the squad to be able to tear most teams, including ours, a new one. If we are to win, we need to be solid as hell, and be very clinical in front of goal. We can't afford to have 10 shots and 1 on target for example.
We can win, but I'd take a point if offered (obviously I want us to win though)

Only arrogance could possibly lead to not understanding vitriol from fans of a club 15 miles away. Yes you may not live in the area where fans intermingle buts it not a difficult concept to realise that area exists.
Arrogance, delusion and belittling of a club Leeds have spent most of their history playing, losing to, and failing to better their honours is the reason for 90% of the vitriol.

And he’ll be civil whatever the result on Saturday.

I’ve lived in cleckheckmondsedge, worked in Leeds and have many Leeds fans in my extended family. Can’t say I’ve personally had any altercation. Probably because I’m indifferent to their club.
There’s a theme across many current threads which all arise from chippy Town fans taking umbrage that not everyone shares their, somewhat biased views of the club and players. Anyone perceived to belittle the club, any Leeds fan who rises to baiting, any former manager or player who was perceived to not live up to the biased fans’ beliefs. The list goes on. I should add fans of Peterborough and Notts Forest to that list. Coincidental that we lost important games to those clubs?
I remember some fans berating plastic fans who suddenly followed Town when we were in the PL, so, what do fans want? It seems that only Town fans can demonstrate their love of the club, but, not too many should do that, for fear of being branded plastic.
Town fans are probably no more chippy than others, but I don’t see other forums. All I see are snidely comments about anyone not sharing the love. A bizarre situation.

It's a derby for Leeds as much as some of them try to play it down. wasnt that long ago they'd be getting 22 or 23,000 for the bulk of home games, but when Town played there that went up to 34 or 35000. Think it irks them that its much more of a realistic derby for them than the Man Utd one they fantasise about.
So good we won at Watford because had we lost then this would have been a huge pressure game for us and they are easily the form team in the division right now. Think if we get Sorba and Balker back in the starting line up, we'll give them a good game.
Should be a cracking atmosphere and a near full house.

As much as you're trying to come across as level headed there the whiff of arrogance is stinking out the joint. Leeds fans see us on the same level as Rotherham and Sheff Wednesday? Tell that to the absolute melts who follow out owner to tell him how much they don't care about our club. Its hilarious that you actually think your true rivals are Man Utd. Pure fantasy.

No doubt they'll be getting filled in if they let their presence be known. Just like all the forest fans at Wembley? Didn't see one of them get 'filled' in. End of the day, it is poor from the club if they are selling to Leeds fans. Clearly obvious when buying online. Forest ain't Leeds though mate, seems like that some Town fans are desperate to create something with Forest, for some unknown reason.
