it's just so hard to predict what's going to happen
At one stage I thought 47 points might be enough, then I thought it was gonna need 52. Now I think 49 might just be enough.
In short, I have absolutely no clue!

So many have thrown their teddies out of the cot since Saturdays result! If you werenāt so arrogant and didnāt have the attitude of āoh we need to improve our goal difference against theseā then you might not be so disappointed! Rotherham are a lot tougher opponent at home and rarely get battered there, so as frustrating as Saturday was it was still a point gained on about 4-5 relegation rivals, some folk need to reign it in and support the team over these last 8 games rather than wittering on about Worthington or Warnock! Whilst I agree somewhat about the arrogance of some thinking we'd smash them, I don't think you can see a draw against a team who've lost 9 on the spin as anything other than 2 points lost. We won't have an easier game all season and Wendies and Stoke won't have any that are much harder. They, and everyone else around us, will have been delighted with us getting only a point. Yeah , like I said itās frustrating, but they were gonna nick a point from someone somewhere, typically (and always seems to be the case) it was us.

OUR RUN: Cardiff (away) WBA (home) Rotherham (away) Coventry (home) Stoke (away) Millwall (home) Preston (away) Bristol (away) Swansea (home) Birmingham (home) Ipswich (away) At the moment I can't see us winning any of those games........ so far unfortunately you are correct

QPR Leeds Sunderland Ipswich Blackburn Preston
but did better than
Coventry Norwich Boro'
who lost but having lost their last 5 home games, including to fellow relegation strugglers Stoke and Wednesday, you can see why we thought we might possibility get all 3 points....indeed desperately needed all 3 points..
Surely youāve watched Town long enough to know we are the gift to end any bad run! I remember going to Swindon on a Tuesday night, they hadnāt won in twenty odd games, we were 2-0 at halftime!

It's the false hope that kills you...we perform at Saints, then Leeds, murder WBA for 45 minutes...then...............plop.!

Think we will get 8 points from those games meaning we end up on 48. However thatās based on 0 from Ipswich away which if they are then not in top 2 but guaranteed a play off place then we know what teams do then.

After Rotherham I'm now really concerned that we're not going to make it. After winning 8 out of 38 we suddenly need to win at least 3, or maybe 4, of our last 8. Wednesday have turned the corner and I think both Millwall and QPR have enough to stay up. I'm looking at Blackburn, Birmingham and possibly even Plymouth to hand us an escape route. I hate relying on other results but I think now we need all the help we can get. Our next 2 matches are huge, and I reckon we need 4 points to at least give us a platform. Coventry will be tough but maybe their FA Cup adventure will distract them. Stoke could really go either way, depending on which team turns up. I keep telling myself it's only football and League 1 wouldn't be the end of the world, but actually I think it would š° After losing 6-0 to Ipswich, which way round do you think Wednesday have turned the corner? Prior to the last two they won 5 out of 6. I'd say that's a reasonable turn wouldn't you?

A fourth manager for Birmingham. Rowett should make them better, but that is a hell of a lot of change in one season.

Mind you they werenāt all sacked - honest. As for Birmingham - they actually started well under Tony Mowbray but when he stepped aside left due to being unwell have slipped up .

I'd say good luck to him if it wasn't that it would be to our immediate detriment. He'd have been a better option for us than Moore.

Ipswich Town away at Coventry City clashes with the FAC Semi-final, the rearranged game could possibly be on 16/17 April a few days before Wembley trip, but more likely move to April 30th/May 1st......Could help Town, although final day date & k/o times still to be announced.

www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/eng-championship/Anyone had a go at this yet? I did it at work (sorry boss!) and somehow ended with Town staying up in 20th by 4 points, Plymouth and Blackburn joining Rotherham. Leeds promoted in 2nd behind Leicester. Interested to see how others have itā¦

Why do you have to be a coding genius to insert a table and/or image from the desktop browser? A handy summary of fixtures for all attached. Reading the match reports & fans comments from the Watford/PNE & Sunderland/Bristol City (both 0-0) you would think the flip flops are well & truly packed with hols booked anytime after 3pm on May 4th......Hopefully we benefit in our next two games but so too might others around the bottom end of the table.
