Anyone know what’s going on with him?

I thought the most interesting bit of last week’s video by KN was him saying he was sure Matos would be in the XI this week. I may have dreamt it but I’m sure I sensed he was perplexed at why someone we were no doubt paying good money for wasn’t on the pitch, despite it being obvious he could have done a better job than others who were.

No sign of him again this week despite us crying out for his energy.

Has something gone on behind the scenes?

Again I’d like to see Matos playing it’s weird he isn’t however Nagle saying it is just dumb, undermining the manager again just let him do his job you’re the owner who employs the manager.

Playing 3 CBs, 2 wide defenders, 2 holding central midfielders and no press against the team with 20 points when we desperately need a win is worrying, baffling, criminal, all of the above.

Bizarre appointment as manager, imo.

Matos was playing really well and to be dropped is just baffling.

Matos hasn't started any of our last four games and surprise surprise we haven't won any of them.

Matos looks a good player although he is young and lacks experience he has the ability to change a game and pressure defences as he has shown, should be involved on the pitch at some stage in the games, bring him and Koroma on today and you never know, very strange that the new gaffer is leaving him out, it is certainly starting to get the fans backs up.

It may well be concerning Chelsea's loan manager too. Next time they might not be too keen to loan out good young players to a club that leaves them sat on the bench.

Matos is one of our best players but that's not good enough for dear Andre.

The man in charge needs to realise that teams in the Championship are not going to bow down before his record in the Bundesliga and the Swiss Ski League.

It’s a baffling decision by Andre as was his negative team set up yesterday.

If AB has had a fall out with Matos, I know whose side I'm on, and it isn't the Germans'. And not to use him as well as Ward, Karoma and Jones is nothing short of incompetence, (Yes
I know he couldn't bring them all on). If he carries on like this, then he's GOT TO GO! Against West Brom, their manager out thought him! And to bring Wiles on in stead of Matos was
