They're leaving it a bit late releasing them . Maybe they're waiting to see if we get relegated before we play them , so they can have a bigger home contingent promotion party.. Anybody know how many we'll get when they do actually release them ?

0, Town will be hoping the money not spent going to Ipswitch will go towards the increase in season tickets.

Reading fans snapped tickets up in a couple of hours last season v Town......A 1/3rd turned up, did any get their brass back?

I’m hoping they leave it as late as possible. I’ve got Travelodge booked with cancellation option. No intention of going if we are already relegated even if it is to see a promotion party at Leeds’ expense.

Mate booked train tickets not long ago so hoping we still have something to play for, if not a day out it will have to be.

All that way when we'll be already down. To watch somebody put five past us.
Rather you than me.
Then some people going to Exeter for a Tuesday night game.

This fixture really has nothing going for it as far as we’re concerned.
12:30 KO 400+ mile round trip They're the best team in the league It’s likely to be on Sky They’ve only lost once at home all season They’ll likely need a win for promotion or to win the league We’ll need at least a point, probably 3 We’re wretched away from home We haven’t beaten anyone in the top half since September
Apart from that it sounds like a great day out!

Sounds like one of those “i was there for” games to tell your grandkids about when Town pulled off the great escape.

Digressing slightly. How nice would it be for clubs to reward regular away supporters with free tickets & travel for the final away game of the season? Obviously based on regular attendance at away games, the amount of money sloshing around in the game should make this doable.
Will we ever see it?
(I’m aware of the free travel Stoke C provide BTW)

When the likes of those at Preston and Bristol this week were the real deal Those are the ones I meant, not the day trippers. Let’s say anyone who has gone to at least 15 away games. There will be some die hards who travel away through thick & thin. It’s those who will still travel to Ipswich, even if our fate is sealed. The game’s nothing without the supporters, home & away…

All 3 of us had 500+ points in the old system. Last season i only did 5, this season i've done 6. And most times ive come away fed up cos we've either been mullered or just plain dreadful. Each away game i look at facebook and its the same mates who are there week in week out travelling the length and breadth of the country, spending small fortunes, and yet if they dont pay into the B&W foundation they arent priority. Bizarre

On the positive side, all the top sides are getting the major wobbles, so getting something from this fixture is more possible than it would have been three weeks ago.

If their league position is already secured too they may have already started their celebrations 🍾 I'm thinking a run like Chesterfield is needed for them. Win the league and lose all their remaining games.

Bizarre Yep had they stuck with the points per game priority system it would have worked itself out now even if B+W members still got those bonus points. People who are going to 15 away games per season would have been in the top priority, they've done the hard miles when times have been rough. I've been to nine away games this season and not seen a win. Probably better not going to Ipswich if owts needed.

Bit of a catch 22 this one. I’ll no doubt get a ticket but if we are already down I won’t go. If there’s something to play for I’ll go.

I'm certain there's some fans out there who are more bothered about Leeds than they are about Town. There were some Town fans happy that Blackburn had beaten Leeds on Saturday. It baffles me.
