Bringing sorba on killed the game. Rudoni was running the show and playing really well and then barely touched the ball after sorba came on As I said to an old mate at halftime last week, it’s like watching the u13s down at battyeford sands, just give it to sorba every time. Absolutely pathetic

I think our season was summed up when Kasumu put 10 yard pass out of play under no pressure whatsoever. How have we amassed so many “footballers” that can’t play football. Absolutely ridiculous. Must be 15 or 16 in the squad who can’t trap or pass a ball. It’s amazing that they’ve ever been given the opportunity to play Championship football. Most of this lot will struggle in League One.

I agree, how you can say he’s not arsed is bulkshit, one of the only players who get people off there seats, and to come back from been out on loan last year, he’s had a good season, ranked 2nd behind helik He has been 1st by a country mile I see your point, but personally still think helik

I'm just glad Pritchard or jutkiewiz (can't His name) didn't score. That would really stuck the boot in When it dropped to him perfectly on the edge of the box for a shot with his first touch I had my hands over my eyes fully expecting it to nestle in the top corner and the subsequent ear cupping as he did his best Adebayor impersonation Same. He's a horrible little shit.

I’d get rid of Sorba. He’ll probably want to leave anyway, but I certainly wouldn’t stand in this way. There are better all round players and we can’t afford this type of luxury player that can only cross a ball. 2 players have created more chances in a season in championship history. Two. We've chosen a central defender in the 2nd worst defence in the league as POTS over the guy who has made the 3rd most chances in championship history. Statements like this is why we're in this mess. We'd rather have players who run like headless chickens than anyone with any real quality. Well surely we're about to receive numerous bids for such a quality player

You know what kills me the most about today, the final whistle goes and everyone streams out,no anger about it all, no nowt, just rampant apathy. That's what 10 relegation battles in 12 seasons does to the fan base.

We don’t have the players to compliment his main (only?) attribute. Rebuild and change the plan is what’s needed.

I am not surprised we have been (virtually) relegated , I think most of us new this day was coming, Its what we do now which becomes paramount, we desperately need an influx of players who can actually score goals for a start , I don't blame Nagle but he needs to sort out where the club is failing and act on it quickly.

Same. He's a horrible little shit. He is also one of the many shocking decisions made by the club that has lead to where we find ourselves today. Definitely. We lost our way. Hoyle lost his heart or his hunger for it when he became seriously ill ( very understandable). It was clear he didn't want to bank roll the place at all when he had to come back. Phil had a plan but his personal wealth disappeared or he didn't have the cash to begin with. Between these two we weren't properly recruiting, signing our old players or "projects" were never going to keep us in a competitive league like the championship. I don't blame Nagle, he's so far put his money where his mouth is. He just could have done with better people around him than cartwright and Edwards.

Clearly it's a big 'If'...but if we'd scored just 18 more goals, spread across all our Drawn games (the highest number in the division), we'd now be looking forward to the Play-offs!

Why don't you blame Nagle? 9 of the starting 11 today were here before he bought the club. If they're that poor quality it should have been easy to improve on them. The problem is the players given extensions or signed by nagle's employees haven't improved the team.
DH left a poor squad, thats for sure, but KN has hired a bunch of people, and got rid of others both in the board room on and footballing side. I can't see a single area where we have improved as a club as a consequence of one of those decisions.

Which players do we reckon Andre is referring to? When he talks about players not caring and leaving early, as usual....
Sorba, Wiles, Edwards?

Played one half of football as though we meant it. Already a goal behind, with our inability to score goals, two was always going to be a big ask. Story of the season, too many games where for long periods nothing attacking happens and we lose a goal playing out a dullish half. We relegated ourselves a while ago. Helik played well and nobody was truly bad, we just never play fòr long enough. Bought a season card where Town have played one half, at best, in most of the games. The overall impression of the season was just doing enough, which if it fails leaves you where we are.
