Takes that chance podcast very good (as always)
Good summary of season and games under Andre
If Kevin could listen to this I think there is a decent review of the situation
Thought it’s was an interesting point on sporting / culture differences in US and UK. In US it’s all about the individual in sports, Tom Brady etc in a team, where the UK is about the team and a level of togetherness

Or B, or U, or R, or G, or Z, or O or G

Matty Pearson joins AB at 1pm PC...Want to encourage fans to turn up, leave 'mittens boy' out of the squad.

I just wonder how many times Pearson will say "we are together" , as it seems the PR guy at town, seems to be telling the players to mention it at every chance possible in their preesers. It is like if we keep saying it the fans will beleive it.

Time for some more straws to clutch
Birmingham City's last 10 away games
D.L.L.L.D.L.L.L.W.L
7 losses from the last 10 away
2 draws
And 1 win
Only scoring 6 goals in the last 10 away
And you think we are bad!!
It's going to be 3-1 Town
UTFT

In truth that isnt a huge ask or expectation but this season its like asking them to plait fog. Hope and blind faith seems to be the way to go.. A seasons luck in 2 games added to us framing properly for 180 minutes.. Ipswich have to be in the play offs, just have to be, and that hangs on us beating Birmingham. Watch Leeds drop a bollock tonight..🙄

Its tough because I like Championship football better than the premier league, so the first division is gut wrenching to consider. The problem is I have watched and supported Town for virtually all my life, can I stop. Thats a question for 5pm tomorrow or next Saturday. Hope is still what I have till then.

Three very good ones that should have been goals. Need a performance tomorrow and if Lee Nichols could start saving some shots on goal that would also be very helpful. Forget Ipswich. Home win needed tomorrow against a team at the bottom of the league. Anything can happen on the final day even if Ipswich need three points. We just need to make sure we're in that raffle, that's all.

I just cannot see Town winning this game , I generally put down Town for a draw , but after last Saturday I can see Birmingham beating us. We just seem totally lost at the moment.

A promoted team, with summer off after this one game, in front of a full house, with some playing for contracts or to be starters in the premier league seems a more dangerous prospect than a team with 3 of the biggest games in their careers waiting and a young manager who wont give a shit about our relegation rivals fate and will want his first 11 all fit and ready?? Should Ipswich lose or draw with us in a dead rubber for them, nobody at Ipswich will remember the game wether they win or lose in the play offs. It is in fact a nuisance of a game for them if they are in the play offs.?

the worst scenario is Ipswich needing a win for automatic......which is more likely if Leeds are in the race, but with a game in hand, Ipswich have the advantage....

Play like we have been doing for the first hour, actually take our chances and we win. Miss them and then we have to empty the midfield to find a winner and they win. All about the bollocks this game, sadly we’ve been badly lacking in that area.

Not long to find out if we can extend our season.
Westie is en route, I met him in the Vulcan last yr (before the Sheff Utd game I think), so hopefully he’ll bring some Western Isles luck with him and we can run out the winners…
It’ll be a nervy day for us of course, but that’s what being a football supporter is all about. You can’t beat the emotion, good or bad. It’s a difficult one to explain to someone who doesn’t get football.
Wish the team well…
UTT!!!

Think it's going to be (initially at least) a nervy day for them, too. Thought I'd have a look at what Gary Rowett is saying in their pre-match press conference, and it would seem he thinks they're playing Rotherham!: 2x between 5:45 and 6:00 Hope Breitenreiter doesn't think we're playing Swansea in our PC in a couple of hours.

Coventry will be better after the cup disappointment. Leeds should be good enough tonight at Qpr. Saints are already looking at the play offs. If we can beat Birmingham then ipswich have to be in the play offs, making our game a real pain for them. If we could make it a proper fight, who knows.? 5 bookings in the last game, who cares etc..?

They can all talk the talk, but nobody seems able to walk the walk. *In truth I stopped listening from the moment CC took charge as I couldn't understand a blind word that he said. Warnock lured me back in again - he is a media man's dream.

For many, a constant in their lives over many years. All I care about is getting 3 points tomorrow and then I’ll be in praying mode throughout the whole of next week.

Its impossible to know what to hope for tonight though given we don't know what Ipswich will do in the next two. If Leeds win tonight then we defo need Ipswich to stuff up auto promotion in their next two. That's if we still have something to play for by that time

Come on Town!!!! Birmingham’s away form in the last 9 games putting it politely is dog shit.
What harm can it do to give this team some backing for 90 minutes. Who cares if they deserve it. Once we are relegated run on the pitch and call em nasty names for all i care but until then can’t we just have one more go.

I am in the minority on here, but, hopefully in the overall majority, when, come 5 o'clock I'm thinking about my Saturday evening. Assuming nobody dies, it is not the end of the world. Disappointing, but, hey ho, we move on
