We need to get back to a core of passionate fanatical fans.
There were more fans there for the L666s game than they did today when it really mattered. Just goes to show what some see as priority.

I’m looking forward to being one of the ‘bigger’ teams with a higher budget for a change.
Hopefully seeing a complete revamp of our squad, and having new players we can all get behind.
If we make the correct squad changes, having a season pushing for promotion. It’s been an absolute mental drain this last couple of years.
Obviously all of the above only applies if Kevin Nagle gets it right this summer. Feel it’s probably make or break for him to make the impact he wants. If he gets it right, we could start thinking about promotions and bringing positivity back amongst the supporters. If he gets it wrong we could be down there for a while.

I've had most of my best away days in the bottom 2 divisions, that's it really.

Starting this week the next 3 months are critical for the success of our club in League 1.

I really can’t think of anything fucking positive about this situation to be quite frank other than the majority of these overpaid bottleless c**** will be leaving.

One reason: it’s a lot more fun on FM taking Town to glory from League One than the Championship.

I remember just taking a second after the final whistle against st Watford and looking at a packed loud as hell stadium thinking wow long May this continue. Part of me was thinking about what it was like with 8000 in the stadium just imagining or dreaming of moments like the Watford game and what it would be/feel like. Now I fear we are back there or certainly heading that way.

Got behind them. The quality just happened to not be good enough. The players could not have asked for more. Now time for the club to reward its fans. We’ve been more than patient. League One title next season. Anything less has to be regarded as a failure.

Most of these wasters are contracted for next season, rather than looking at a squad refresh people need to be looking fowards to social media posts from the club along the lines of how good Danny Ward and Josh Ruffles are looking in pre season training.

We are a bigger team than Barnsley, Wrexham & Wigan without a doubt. The others I’d say are closer.

Watched the Barnsley v Cobblers game today. Quite a poor standard and at the start of the game Barnsley really had to win. As it was results went their way. The gulf between Lg 1 and the Championship is as great as the gulf between the Championship and the PL.

It’s time to complete the set
Only wolves and Burnley have won all divisions
I’m not sure when we’ll be back in the championship but I’m confident we will one day
Can we win the only league we’ve yet to win 🤞

I’m looking forward to; 1.Never seeing Burgzorg wear the shirt again 2. Selling Sorba Thomas to a club that doesn’t realize that for all his skill, he’s clearly a dickhead, whining, team killing mercenary 3 seeing how all our ‘not a championship player’ players do in the correct division 4. No longer paying for Yuta Nakayama to warm a sofa in his house on all his injuries 5. Giving Tom Edwards back to stoke 6. Potentially Winning games
Not looking forward to; 1. Helik, Nicholls, Spencer and Rudoni probably deserving a move 2. Potentially not winning games and being stuck in league 1 for ten years.

Same division. Smaller clubs. Charlton, too, are significantly ‘smaller’. Even Reading aren’t really in the equation. That doesn’t mean they can’t have better teams. The concept of a ‘big club’ disguises the question of what a good team is (what really matters). But don’t speak heresy such as the idea a TikTok team like Wrexham are anywhere near Huddersfield Town in terms of size. We meet as footballing equals next season. But in reality we’re a Goliath and they are a David on an upward curve.

I can't think of anything positive about being relegated. And I don't think next season will be the walk in the park some think it will.This. Exactly this. The 3 sides who don't win in the playoffs will fancy their chances next season. Stockport have momentum Wrexham have momentum and silly money Rotherham will fancy their chances to be better under the fat fraudster. Whoever takes that last relegation spot (say it quietly, but I think it'll be Blackburn) will fancy their chances. Lincoln are a useful side. Charlton have underachieved. Expect them to be better next time. Then consider we need a rebuild. Midfield especially because it's weak as shit, but we need a rebuild elsewhere in the side too simply to quench that stench of relegation & stem the losing habit. Can we fund that? How much of the garbage can we offload? But also - there's behind the scenes. Are we keeping Breitenreiter? I hope so, but my gut feeling is he'll resign shortly after the Ipswich game. If he does leave, we need somebody in early, so they can recruit early and make a start on preseason preparation. 2 shit preseasons in a row has led to 2 seasons of shite in a row. Making it three would be inexcusable. The club have to make sure their guy is in place early, but also (if it's not AB) take the time to get it right. Two contradictory positions and finding the balance will not be easy. Will we be top half? I expect so. But I wouldn't say it was nailed on for top 6, let alone the division being a walk in the park.

I’m just relieved the season is over, it was always going to be a transitional season with the new ownership coming in, but we needed, consistency, togetherness and over achievement to consolidate our league status. Instead what we got was inconsistency, division and a collective non performance from a large majority of the players.
Theres been poor decisions made by the board no doubt but it’s felt all season to me that the players decided when they were and weren’t going to perform and this is their reward.
This team is a very poor group of players at this level, ability and mentality wise, and the sooner many of them are out the door the better.
