There’s loads of them unfortunately. Top of my head and in something like chronological order:
1) Town’s midfield and defence parting like the Red Sea to give Bali Mumba the freedom of the city of the Plymouth in the first game of the season (preceded by Nicholls flapping for their first goal and REG starting in midfield). (1-3)
2) Nicholls cocking up for first goal v Norwich (0-4).
3) Hudling looking like Bambi on ice when challenging for loose ball in midfield 15 seconds before Ipswich equalise late on. (1-1)
4) Last minute away at Hull again. (0-1)
5)) Hogg mincing around in midfield in 96th minute v Swansea and giving ball away for them to equalise. (1-1)
6)) Town conceding after about 30 seconds at start of second half v Bristol City at home. Lad just walked through. (1-1).
7) Conceding in injury time at QPR after taking lead in 86th minute. (1-1).
8) Rothwell scoring a Worldie after 40 seconds of second half against Saints. (3-5).
9) Last minute v Hull again. (1-2)
10) Winning 1-0 at Stoke and running the ball into the corner from an attacking free kick just before half-time. Why? (1-1)
11) 10 minute hat-trick from striker at PNE (1-4)
12) Bristol City penalty (1-1)
13) Swansea first and second goals last week (0-4)
How many more have I missed?!?!

The most frustrating thing for me is we had so many chances to save ourselves or at least be competative. The key points of the season I realised we might not get out of this were:
1. The three draws against relegation rivals in January 2. The 0-0 against Rotherham 3. The last minute penalty against Bristol
We shouldve been home and dry long ago. Ultimately turning 2 of our draws into wins wouldve had us in control of our own destiny.
Thats what sums up this season for me. The constant shooting ourselves in the foot.

Kasumu spraying the ball out wide this afternoon but missing his colleague by about 10 yards. Not as bad as Pearson missing Turton who was 10 yards away at most by at least 5 yards under no pressure in the first half

Moore completely changing the lineup that did admirably well against Ipswich just to fit Tom Lees back in the squad.
Tom Edwards and Yuta Nakayama defending worse than a pair of rubber ducks against Leeds.
Chapman saving a pen just to concede to a scuffed shot from the resulting corner by an ex-chestie against Boro.
Hogg, Rudoni and Kasumu cocking up against Blackburn.

The way Andre approached this game tactically was my first realisation that he had zero faith in the personnel at his disposal.

This! Give him even another 10 games and we’d probably be another 10 points better off and safe, but I’m at peace we it now and fully behind us walking away with league one!!

KN and DC taking the piss out of leeds fans on twitter and then proceeding to get us relegated has to be right up there with the dumbest s*** I’ve ever seen and sums up the season pretty well.

30 to 40 passes a game that don’t reach a teammate who is about 5 yards away
We can’t do the basics. Pathetic week in week out

Making every game harder by simply not working hard enough to support the man in the ball. Melting away once possession is lost near their box and almost immediately conceeding a corner or an attempt on goal. Having plenty of shirts back but not actually defending, standing about in lumps is not defending. The late concessions have all been dire goals, all totally stoppable but being in the wrong place, too quickly and staying there too long has become a really fucking bad habit.

Seeing Kyle Hudlin play a total of 10 (TEN) matches for us. Nailed on Kasumu pen at Rotherham, but given a yellow card. Pissing around for hours at the back when we desperately need to win. Taking half a lifetime to take a corner or throw in. Checking back when on the attack to ensure that the opponent has got all the time they need to get organised in defence.

Yep. Nagle underestimated what Warnock was achieving at Town. This is not a case of 20/20 hindsight, as the majority of fans felt it was the wrong decision at the time.

Mat Glennon suggesting that Danny Ward should be a leading player for us next season. A player who has been stealing a living, and an expensive one at that (scored in one match this season and four last) should be paid off - pricey though it may be.
Apparently he was playing for us, again, today.

Kasumu spraying the ball out wide this afternoon but missing his colleague by about 10 yards. I actually feel a bit sorry for him - the look of sheer horror on his face when he has to actually pass the ball forward is a sight to see.

He's scored 44 goals in 263 games, which for a forward, he should be embarrassed.

Starting the season with a “strike force “ of Hudlin, Harratt and injury ravaged Danny Ward. More than anything else, I seriously cannot understand why, even one senior executive considered that this would be acceptable in the Championship.

Far too many mistakes/errors to list, but please somebody teach Spencer Brodie, the importance & how to defend, at the back post - UTT.

You can point out as many individual incidents as you like, but the sad truth is that we were just not good enough. The table doesn't lie and we are exactly where we deserve to be.

It was NW who decided to give his mate a new contract. Ridiculous decision at the time but typical.
