Ex players again š¤¦āāļø An ex player on the coaching team... Unless one of your "sources" has told you Collins played for us once.. Doesn't take a genius to work out that he clearly was on about Jon Stead.

The clubs 'expecting' to have a new manager within a week. Anything to suggest how high the bar is? Just curious with Nixon's "they're dreaming" comment. Nixon is a fraud and knows sweet FA!

Cooper 8/1, someone's been in the sun too long. Cooper's a good manager, but after the Notts Forest bollox, wouldn't welcome him! Couldn't care about the past mate, he's better than anyone else that's been mentioned as long as he's backed and takes us up that's all that matters plus he's someone that you can build with from league 1 promotion into the championship and someone that can take you up to the premier league but unfortunately there is no chance we could afford his wages and he surely aint going to want to come down to league 1 yes money talks but thats not the be all and end all to it.

If it's going to be sorted in the next week, I think that suggests that it is someone who we interviewed previously.
Michael Duff?

Money talks as we know and if Kev is going to back someone, then it could be anyone / someone we haven't even thought of.

For me it is all about the ādeadwoodāā¦those players with 12 months still left on their contracts. If Nagle is willing to pay them off and get rid, Fantastic let us be progressive in our choice of manager. If not, bring in a Pearson or Allardyce type to guarantee sone stability and kick some arse until 2025.

Going off Andre Breitenreiter getting the job and he not even been mentioned by anyone or by the bookies i would say it could be more likely a foreign manager again that no one has said about.

Should Dave Challinor be in the running? Amazing record with Stockport, just a matter of whether he's experienced enough to sort out the mess

If Cartwright is having a say then Pulis or Mark Hughes??? Mark did say in an interview that he made a mistake with the Mark Hughes signing at stoke so cant see him bringing him in pulis possibly but don't think pulis will want to work in league 1

But he said that Cartwright, is not just giving jobs to his mates. But appointing people who are great at their jobs or something like that. Cartwright knows if he has a brain that he is lucky to be in a job after last season. Not many sporting directors would be in a job, with the record he has .

Town never spoke to him so we dont really know, it was just all talk about him not relocating as something about hes got a disable kid or something of that sort and the kid or kids were settled in school

What's increasingly clear is that whoever is appointed as our new Head Coach is going to have a huge job on their hands sorting out our playing squad. I am still incredibly angry with many (many) of our players, particularly those that have put in more than their fair share of poor performances and regularly displayed poor attitudes, made the sort of mistakes you simply can't make at Championship level. And just because AB has decided to leave, it in no way invalidates his scathing comments about some of the players. T he common denominator during 2 years of struggles is the players. They are, for me, the ones I hold primarily responsible for our relegation. Yes, mistakes have been made elsewhere, but we have been so insipid and substandard on the pitch. Half-arsed chasing back, continuous misplacing of simple passes, awful shooting, knackered after 60 minutes. No pride in their profession, not worth the cost, not representing the town, not fit to wear the shirt. For those of you who are on social media, you can visit Delano Burgzorg's Instagram profile and see his most recent "Goodbye" post. For those of you who aren't, here's what it says: Burgzorg: "Last words Della. Thanks for the support this season doesnāt matter how you treat me in the last weeks, I always be thankful and always gave a šÆ procent. Unfortunately we couldnāt make it at the end, but htafc will be back stronger.šš½š. All the best in the future terriers UTTāļø. PS: Donāt believe everything what you hear if you donāt see it whit your own eyes, when the heat is onā¦. You should stick together not walk away from it ā¦ā¦" Bizarre. So, of course, it's very clear that Burgzorg is responding to Breitenreiter... suggesting that us fans shouldn't believe what we hear, and base our conclusions on that which we see. Unfortunately for Burgzorg, I think he may have forgotten that we have indeed 'seen'. Seen way too many of his atrocious displays, his inability to control or pass the ball, his very clear lack of understanding that football is a team game. Oh wait, it gets worse... The post was interacted with by Sorba Thomas "Facts written there brother good luck see you soon."; and Rudoni, Kasumu, Spencer, Koroma and Headley all commented with love hearts. Now, what pisses me off most is that none of those players have publicly acknowledged the fact that Town have been relegated. Not an ounce of responsibility has been taken. No apologies, no acceptance of their role in a serious failure. They are, however, quick to appear in order to back up one of the main culprits for disharmony within the squad, and the a player that is perhaps the most selfish I have ever seen in blue and white. I'm so sorry for rambling on about this, but I think in amongst all the discussion about whether AB will stay or go, or, who will replace him, we're forgetting about the mammoth task of overhauling the squad. Not only because it's full of technically limited footballers, but because there are far too many idiots too. I am so desperate to see a squad of players turn out on Saturdays that have the best interests of the club at heart, and take a bit of pride in wearing the shirt.
