Need to get behind him, thought at Barnsley he did a great job good team to watch and Swansea didn’t work but happy that we have acted quickly, if it goes tits up Cartwright needs to fuck off asap Make your mind up. Is it a good appointment or not? |

I'm going to take this as a positive appointment. His managerial record at all clubs, except Swansea, is very good. Even the hiccup at Swansea was not a majorly bad stint (6 wins and 6 draws from 21 games, over the season that would have probably kept us up). The only caveat is that Swansea had far better players than us.
He might need half a season to develop a team capable of playing well and winning matches but I hope everybody will be patient and give him that time.
Hopefully onwards and upwards

Was an appointment we needed many months ago. I think he'll sort the dressing room out and under him we'll have a decent season. Mid table December and top six next May.
I, for one, am looking forward to it.
