he’s got UEFA A pro licence and an MSc in sporting directorship…knows the club and above all is positive, fans take to him…surely a first senior role in guiding a League 1 club would be a good starting point for him…

Hefele is great guy and we a have happy memories of him playing at Town and showing a committment and fighting spirit that most of the current rabble couldn't match.
However someone so inexperienced is not the man we need to bring us back up. A big part of the reason we've never properly been able to establish ourselves as a consistently competitive championship club is that we've had a seemingly endless revolving door for young inexperienced managers - people who are development projects as much as some of the players we've signed.
Let Hefele find his way in his coaching/management career & make his mistakes elsewhere then look at bringing him back.
