Why can’t we buy replica shirts without sponsorship logos plastered all over them. We’ve been able to do this in the past, why aren’t they available now? I would imagine any sponsorship deal would not allow for this. And I don't remember ever being able to have the option of a shirt without a sponsor when one was originally on it.

If we weren’t the ‘Terriers’ what animal or other thing would you most like to see Town associated with? What on earth possessed you to ask this? Are you 7 years old?

I'd like to make a general observation for everyone to consider.
Although I completely understand specific questions being asked about individuals eg what happened with NW, DM, MC's role and his performance etc... I don't think it is either realistic or professional to expect Mr Nagle to go into the detail of personalities and his version of what happened. I think that is certainly true for NW and DM. What none of us need is a media circus along the lines of "US owners war of words with Warnock" or "Nagle slams Moore".
I think it is reasonable to ask about the performance of MC given we believe he has made some key footballing decisions. It maybe reasonable to ask how, and who, is involved in footballing decisions ie is it solely MC or are others part of that process eg AB, JE, Mr Nagle?
Obviously the immediate situation with AB will need clarification. If he's going what happens and if he's staying how are we planning to approach League One. Which leads to AB's criticism of the dressing room. Irrespective of AB staying or not does he recognise the need for the overall culture and mindset to change? Surely that will be a key lesson.
I think as Mr Nagle is prepared to answer questions and communicate with us we have to respect there will be specifics he won't get into. It's the direction we are looking to go in, what to expect, how we measure that and who will be responsible, along with himself, for turning us round.
I am sure some will read this and say I am giving Mr Nagle an "easy time". I'm not. I want to understand the bigger picture and the overall desire, and most importantly, and plan for making us a better football team and winning games of football. Which is really what it is all about.
I'm not criticising anyone's questions but for the reasons above I personally don't think there's any value in raking over stuff we can't change now. If we've learned and can use that to be better, which is desperately needed, then that's most important.
I am looking forward to hearing what is said and getting some confidence about our future. Obviously actions will speak louder than words but let's get something we can reasonably hold Mr Nagle to account for going forward.

Do you like the beer over here? What's your favourite drink/beer? It’s been an absolute disgrace of a season. Almost every single decision made by KN has been wrong and he has hit the ice berg and relegated us on his first time out of the dock. This is genuinely the most pressing question on your mind? The only question I have for him is how you are going to sort this mess. Or more pertinent perhaps - can you sort out this mess? I do however stand by my previous statement that his mate picking questions is not the forum to ask this. KN needs to front up to (fair) fans on HTTC or objective journalists like We are Terriers.

I would keep it simple and open ended:
“What next?”
If I had to elaborate I would ask:
“After a shambolic first season, where do we go from here?”

I guess my main questions are
1) What are you going to do to prevent a season like the last?
2) Given we have dropped a division, is your target for the club still to get back in the Premier League? If so, when is your realistic timeline goal for that?
3) Given we have been in relegation battles every season since reaching the Premier League, baring an overachieving year under Carlos Coberan - What are the main factors that contribute to the consistently poor league standings, and how can you rectify it?
4) How global is your scouting network? For example, do you have contacts who are scouting the A-league, and I guess by extension, are we likely to see more transfer dealings between Huddersfield Town and Sacremento?
Lastly, AB has been very outspoken about the culture around the club, ie players leaving early etc, how can you change the culture? - and how much of that falls on the manager to control the dressing room, if so, what are your thoughts on him publicly criticizing the players?
I apologize if these have already been asked, I gave up on this thread fairly quickly as I seemed to only be reading about Danny Ward of all people.

Will we offer Rhodes a new deal? Has shown on loan at Blackpool this season he can score plenty of goals in league 1 [br Maybe tie Danny Ward down to a contract extension while we’re at it !!! Signing past it ex players is a big contributory factor to our current situation, honestly we really need to move on. We absolutely need to have experience in our side. It's always a mistake to go with just youth, there needs to be an experienced spine in the side but it cannot be at the expense of pace or ability. Unfortunately both of those are beyond their peak.... We need players at their peak.

When you sat all the staff in a room at the beginning of the season and told them they'd be going on an exciting journey, etc, etc. What do you have to say to the members of staff now, some who will have been at the club for years, who will inevitably lose their jobs because of the bad decision making throughout the season has led to relegation?

1. why are the players so unfit ?. I’ll answer that one for you. Pre season at Butlins in Cornwall playing pub sides then the first half of the season training half the week for half the day with very little intensity. Ask yourself why some of the big time Charlie’s don’t like André.

A lot on here had consigned Rhodes to the footballing graveyard..he's proven them wrong I expect wardy to have a similar impact at league one level Ah so you're E4B's other account then. Why would I have another account? Some people struggle to accept other people's opinions I listen to other people's opinions but don't always agree..you have yours and I have mine..simples

I know it’s been said 100 times but the whole world of football knows Warnock isn’t big on fitness, formations or discipline.
Letting him take pre season was like asking Jimmy Saville to supervise a school trip. Do you agree Kevin?

Thank him genuinely for the fan interaction and the regular updates etc. It has been a refreshing change from Dean 'NDA' Hoyle and the cliche ridden drivel that Potless used to come out with. One thing to caveat this, does he feel his open criticism could have undermined the manager and was this something any prospective manager was told they would have to put up with and work around?

How do you intend to maximise commercial revenue? Owner at other clubs have used their businesses links to bring in large commercial partners, why hasn't this been the case so far for us?
Having dealt with your commercial team, I have very little positive to say about them and know other business echo these thoughts. Compared to other clubs Town are lightyears behind in their partnership delivery, why is this and what will be done to fix it?

It's clear to see there have been a lot of decisions that have worked out poorly. In which areas of the club do you think we have improved since you took over the club that may not be as visible to supporters as results on the pitch.

Where we are now Kev, its clear you will have to further speculate heavily to even have a chance to accumulate. That speculation may be further pay offs to get the management of the club, the medical team, the manager and the playing staff, to something resembling a better way forward. Are you prepared to do this, not piecemeal or holding on to staff who you oversaw coming here. Are we prepared to pay to keep the few players here who have become the only ones who have obviously put more in this season and could be trusted to do likewise or better in the First Division? Dont promise me anything, show me by actions.

The Moore for Warnock switch still makes me nauseous. I don't recall Captain's posts about it, but the number of posters happy about it at the time still baffles me. The bookies, and the majority knew that was the end. I hope the question regarding the Warnock dismissal is answered truthfully, we'll all know if it's a bullshit answer. Lets say it's true that Warnock was up to this and that. Would you really want the owner of Huddersfield Town to come out publicly and outline exactly what had gone on? I wouldn't. There's ways he could answer to convey the message without directly stating it. At the moment all we have is rumour. If this answer was given my follow up question would be, Warnock is Warnock. Did you not know what the full package included? Get safe, then if you're not happy and want to move on do it carefully.

Quoting this from another thread, because assuming that the rumours of Andre Breitenreiter's departure are true, I think this nails it: If he has gone there are two key questions: 1 - Did he walk? If so does that mean he had no faith that he was able to rip things up and start again? ie Did he just not fancy the challenge or did he think he wouldn't be successful at the club? 2 - What on earth is the plan now? (this would apply if AB was staying). For me, at some point we need to say "enough is enough and we have to start again". To do that we need the plan I keep banging on about, a clear identity and it needs supporting/investment. Whatever we think of AB as a coach his parting shot, if it is that, about the culture at the club needs to be accepted and changed. Our club has been a bl00dy pantomime (oh yes it has) for far too long - IT NEEDS TO CHANGE, AND IT NEEDS TO START NOW!

To add, if the rumours are not true then I'd be pushing to keep him here.
He's seen the problems so already has a few months' head start on anyone else, and has a track record that suggests he'd turn it around.

The work for next season needs to start now so if there are no issues stick with someone who’s seen the problems first hand. Imperative that they have a full and proper pre season.

I can tell you this will be a long conversation, so grab a snack when you watch. And you’re 100% correct, though there will of course be a “recap” of events, there’s also the business and professionalism to think about. For example, “naming players” to blame- though I fully get the reasoning to want that, you certainly don’t want to devalue anyone you’re trying to move. I hope that makes sense. My guess is, and the chairman will make the ultimate call here of course, it’s less about blame and more about accountability and not repeating any poor roads taken. He’s not a blame guy, he’s a “my fault” guy, and he’s a “move on and identify errors and don’t repeat them” guy. There’s no way on God’s green earth his diary is going to satiate everyone, that would be impossible. But I do think it will be open, transparent as hell, and will most importantly lay out the plans for the future. I expect when I come here and elsewhere and read people’s thoughts, there will even be some saying he said “too much” and was too transparent. And that’s fine. If there’s ONE thing we’ve learned in the last year, it’s that Town fans aren’t fools, and don’t need a song and dance. Honesty and transparency, even if it’s tough to take or not what one always wants to hear, is far better than the alternative. Also I heard someone say the other day “the square root of bugger all is bugger all”. I’m desperately trying to use that in a sentence but I am struggling to be honest. Any help would be appreciated. Take care

However there are those who post on here who will say "that Dugnet know's the square root of bugger all" (I hope that helps). I think you have my stance. I am not interested in seeing people thrown under the bus more that lessons have been learned and we have a coherent way forward. You have set my expectation here. None of us, including Mr Nagle, will be happy about our current situation. It is however about how we move on from here now. What we hear should set the plan, it then needs to be delivered against. It is a massive opportunity to properly draw a line in the sand on our recent past (which I personally think is dragging us all down) and set off in a new more positive direction. I look forward to the update and that new start we all need.

Questions for Kevin. (sorry if some are repeated i have not read the full thread)
- Do we have any news on the stadium purchase ? - Do we have any news on a supporters bar like the Rope walk ? - Do you still have the same commitment to HTAFC now we are in L1 as before ? - Whats the biggest lesson learnt in your first season ? - do you listen to the constantly negative fans and does it make you regret what you have taken on ? - Netflix / TV show do we still have an option to create one ? - Huddersfield Town needs leaders and people who knwo the club do you plan to increase these type of people around the club ? - Connected to the last question, is there a contract on offer for Jonny Hogg to keep involved here ?
