Never heard of him.
A forward with a record of 16 goals in 143 games at League One and Two level, I pray that we're not even considering him as a signing.
Matty Pearson has 11 in 94 from centre-back in the Championship. I'd sooner rely on him for goals.

Think Duff needs to build a squad and from the short clip on Youtube he seems to have a workman like attitude and a bit of skill so maybe worth a punt we won't have the coin to splash about so some will be stocking fillers.

I certainly will begin to be concerned if we spend the limited funds/wages on a forward that makes Ward look like Haaland. He has next to no goals. I also hope we cast a wider net than just Cheltenham because the manager used to play and manage there. |

Not all of any new recruits will be Gems but we need a 22 man squad so some will be low risk recruits and maybe the odd decent buy or loan. |

We have oodles of strikers who might be ok for the odd game here and there as cover, so unless they massively improve our first XI, I can't see the point bringing a striker in. |

Whether we are in for him or not,if we are I wonder if duff were to see him as more of a second striker who drops in and gets on the ball,looking at a few highlights he seems to have that sort of skillset.
Or possibly if we do look to play more a 3-4-2-1 rather than a set 2 up top maybe he could be one of those 2.Just a thought as on minimal highlights like I say seems comfortable playing in that space just behind where a natural striker would be and also seems to be able to pick a pass or two.
