New lad top of the table on that power test Interesting that, is it because Sorensen wants to really impress or just another example of our half arsed efforts from last year.... really hope it's the former. I thought the same… trivial that we’re judging something as simple as that, I saw the others just about wincing whereas Sorensen put his all into it. |

I think both. It’s what new signings can do- raise the bar for the existing squad. Let’s double down now with a marquee midfielder signing. Let’s get a rocket up this squad and get them fit as fleas. That’s where confidence can be built from after a relegation season. Smashing the f*ck out of preseason. Every player committing to get fitter than they’ve ever been before. Then in League one -keep it simple. Start well. Keep the football. Quality Crosses. Knock downs. Second balls. Take your chances. Get the 2nd goal in games. Get on a roll and it’s very hard to stop. |

Hard to tell with it being split but my 1 takeaway from it all is Heliks hair!! Is it a protest at selling Rudoni?? 😉🤣 After seeing that monstrosity I retract my vote for him as POTS. |

That's him injured for pre-season. He was walking a bit bandy legged afterwards.  On a serious note you would be more surprised, and concerned, if the new lad didn't want to impress. |

To be fair theres been a few managers that have struggled. Fotheringham bombed him out on Loan, presumably nothing to do with his footballing ability. As he was technically one of the better players in last seasons squad. Blackburn manager made comments alluding to him not doing enough in training to start games. Warnock said he could fall out with himself in an empty room. Same stuff quoted as ‘evidence’ Fotherham- it’s a compliment to be disrespected by him such was his ineptitude. I can’t comment on Bburn but I know they had rankin Costello playing wide. Not e reason or evidence of his attitude tho. Loan moves don’t always work out. Esp not mid season. The Warnock comment was said to ogre in cheek for a laugh- it wasn’t an attack on the lad. It was just an example of Warnock man management skills. Getting the best out of drivers nd opinionated players. That’s the managers job. Thomas was one of the better performers under all the managers including Corberan who no one ever mentions as it doesn’t fit the breitenreiter narrative. Warnock was laughing when he said it. It actually sounded quite affectionate. |

Youtube video for those not on X Funny seeing the core of the squad from last summer still there. That was a squad which Warnock felt could challenge for the play offs in the division above. I doubt they're all going to stay but if they do, decent manager in Duff plus a handful of additions in key areas then it is very strong for League One No sign of Hudlin or Simpson on the grass. Hopefully they've both got something sorted and we can get them off the books |

I know it’s driven by the environment and football culture in general but I’m always baffled that some of the lads on the video are late 20’s/early 30’s and act like I did in PE at school |
