I actually quite like that, very different, bit of a throwback to the old Gola Electric one, obviously not the same design as the Gola, but outside the box kind of thing. |

Not a fan, but I don't have to be. If we have a good season in it, it'll go down as a cult classic. It's certainly far better than the blackout shirts that seem to be all the rage across many clubs.
Someone at Town has listened to my advice on shirts. Home should be classy. One away shirt should follow a classic template. The other should be a complete marmite shirt, somewhere between hideous and super-stylish depending on tastes. Something different.

True, I’ve always wondered WHY there’s a need for a third strip, just make the away strip different enough to be no possibility of further clashing. I remember a few times an away team having to wear the home team’s strip because of a clash or forgetting the kit or whatever, just do that. I suppose gullible in that sense fits, although not for me; I only buy one n family buy me owt else for Xmas n birthday so they’re the gullible ones 😂😂 |
